Stammford's slip on welded bow spring turbolizer is designed with turbulating blades bolted inside the welded bow spring centralizer on the spring bows to have localized turbulance for good cementing and even distribution of cement slurry around casing string. Slip on turbolizer are provided for direct installation on pipe by slipping on and setscrew for elimination of stop collars .can be shipped in assembled condition only.

Most probably come up with round nose but eccentric nose can be provided as per demand where sloughing and highly deviated well bores are encountered. It is pdc drillable. Stammford's low drag centralizers rollers are fixed on centralizer vanes such that the axis of rollers. The roller outer diameter is slightly larger than centralizer body outer dia. Rollers are capable enough to reduce considerable drag force due to low friction coefficient between well and centralizer. The small contact area of the rollers with the casing or borehole wall functions exceptionally well in under pressured conditions, where risk of differential sticking is high. High quality material provides excellent high temperature high-pressure performance and corrosion resistance, reducing the cost of replacement.

Stammford's mechanical stage cementing tool is designed to do the cementing in casing string in two stages. It is having compact, simple design, which minimizes the number of moving parts, and makes the tool easier to handle. The tools clear opening and closing indications at the surface accommodate the hydraulic conditions of the well for safer, more efficient operations. Stammford's differential fill up float shoe is designed with a differential valve, which help to maintain constant differential pressure inside or outside the casing because of entry of fluid through bottom of the casing. It works in peculiar way by dropping a weighted ball from the surface, which converts this valve in one way cementing. This type of filling action reduces run-in time casing and reduces surge pressure on formations.

Stammford designed cementing head, which act as a wellhead unit in all kinds of cementing operation. One or more cementing plugs are pre installed into the plug container prior to being attached. Stammford manufacture both type of Cementing Head, Single Plug or Double Plug and equipped with Integral manifold. The top plug is released from the cement head after the spacer fluid. It is designed to offer user-friendly environment. Efficient enough to work in stressful and high-pressure conditions. High quality material is used and processed as such to prevent it from rust or corrosion.

Cementing Plug are manufactured using graded rubber that is fused onto a composite or aluminum core.The top plug can be used when a dual plug system is not required and the bottom cementing plug can be used when a dual plug system is required. All plugs are completely PDC drillable, and the operating range of temperature possible with an Aluminum core is up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Stammford's Slip on Welded Single Piece Bow Spring Sledge Chakra is made one piece welded at one side. Premium quality Bows have high restoring force uniform hardness all over. Slip on centralizers are provided for direct installation pipe by slipping on. It has High tensile strength, high shock absorption value and impact value.

In welded centralizers, welding can never be as smooth as the single piece centralizer. Welding always be little overlapped or little exposed which cause friction to fluid while running in the hole but single piece centralizer have smooth corner radius which allow better fluid by pass and have low friction.

Stammford's Non Welded Turbolizer have all the characteristic of regular Centralizer as far as Starting Force is concerned. The main difference is that Turbolizer Centralizer has deflector blades fitted on Standard Bow Springs. These blades or Fins are specially made of Heat Treated spring steel. Processed under rigid condition as per API 100 specifications.

It is equipped with Right and Left hand combination. These bows are fitted on uniquely designed self locking End Collar. Another special characteristics are built in Stop device on leading End Collar. The metal fins are installed on the Bows, to help induce turbulence in the cement slurry during pumping operation. Spring action of blades makes them flexible, which minimize damage while moving downhole. Stammfords Non welded positive Centralizers are uniquely designed with flat bottom U profile of different depths. The Centralizers significantly reduce frictional drag while being used in deviated holes. They provide almost 100% Stand Off when run inside a cased hole. They are supplied 1/4" or 6 mm less than the inside diameter of the hole size in which Centralizer is to be run.

This design eliminates weak (brittle) spots passage. U profile bow design permits maximum fluid passage. End Collars are designed with self-locking action, which are easy to assemble, time saver and have strong grip. The Ten special U sizes Bows can be configured to any hole dia. These Bows with extended profile prevent them from hitting against casing collars. Bows are of high quality steel for consistent characteristics.
