Alphonso Mangoes (Magnifera Indica) are oval in shape and about 4 to 6 inches long. The skin of the ripe fruit is golden yellow in colour, but is inedible. There is a central large seed surrounded by the pulp, which ranges from rich to a golden yellow and is widely considered to be the tastiest fruit in the world. The mango has a warm sweet taste, which is some times pleasantly tart.

Our Totapuri Mango concentrate is made from a selected variety of the best quality of Totapuri Mango fruits. Fully matured Totapuri Mangoes are harvested, swiftly transported to our processing plant, inspected, washed and processed. The end result is thick dark yellow in colour.

Tomato Puree is made by concentrating pure tomato juice after the seeds and skin have been removed out of sound, fully ripe tomato. The juice is passed through 0.7 mm sieve and concentrated by evaporation of water from the juice. Tomato Puree is used as a direct replacement for raw tomatoes in all forms of cooking.

Our Jam contains both fruit juice and pieces of the fruit flesh and is made with whole fruit, cut into pieces or crushed. The fruit is heated with water and sugar to activate the pectin in the fruit. The mixture is then put into containers. Jams are usually made from pulp and juice of one fruit, rather than a combination of several fruits.
