SSDP Wire Mesh over Elastomer core Gaskets comprise of wire knitting on elastomer core. They can be of either NBR Foam, Neoprene, Silicone or EPDM. These gaskets:

• Provide excellent EMI Shielding performance
• Exhibit high degree of resilience

SSDP Knitted Wire Mesh Tapes and Gaskets are made out of knitted wire mesh which provides high EMI shielding performance for cables or harness. These are highly flexible and resilient. These are available in Monel / Tin Plated Copper / Stainless Steel / SSD-T-SHIELD* materials in tape, gaskets and custom profile forms.

SSDP Conductive Fabric Gaskets consist of metalized fabric over elastomer core and they provide cost effective solution for EMI Shielding. These gaskets are highly flexible and require low closure force, minimum compression set.

SSDP Wire Knit Embedded Gasket contains conductive wire knit embedded in Silicone. These gaskets offer:

• effective EMI Shielding
• excellent environmental sealing

The Wire Knit embedded in the Elastomer provides a low resistance path thereby providing an excellent EMI Shielding, which is better in comparison to that of using Wire embedded elastomer gaskets. The environmental sealing is provided by the Silicone.
