• SSGLA polyurethane insulated CO2 storage systems are available as vertical and horizontal version. Tanks are supplied complete with all pipework in stainless steel, valves and safety devices.
• SSGLA CO2 storage systems are fitted with refrigeration units, automatic controls and a pre-wired electrical system.

SSGLA supplies different sizes of transportable CO2 storage systems. SSGLA CO2 transportable tanks make transporting liquid CO2 easy and efficient. SSGLA CO2 transportation tankers are designed for efficient transportation of liquid CO2. The tankers are complete with safety fittings, filling hoses, transfer pump and a cabinet with lockable doors. Transportable tank is a storage tank which is ISO housed in a frame and can be put into a container. Tanks are suitable for transportation by road, ship or rail. These are vacuum insulated rigid tanks.

Gas Lab PUF & Vacuum jacketed CO2 storage tanks are manufactured as per ASME Sec VIII & Petroleum and Explosives safety Organization (PESO) SMPV rules using a special low temperature carbon steel.

CO2 storage vessel is subjected to a stress-free annealing process to avoid long-term stress corrosion.

SSGLA CO2 storage systems are supplied complete with all pipework, valves, safety devices, liquid level indicator, pressure gauge, automatic pressure buildup and pressure reducing systems allowing fast and easy installation on site. The inner tank is made of stainless steel or carbon steel. The outer vessel has a durable protective coating to guard against corrosion. SSGLA vacuum insulated CO2 storage systems include a high quality perlite vacuum insulation. The storage tanks are constructed in various standard sizes ranging from 5MT to 100MT capacity for liquid CO2.
