Our Radiant Heat Shrink Tunnel is mounted onto a stainless steel or mild steel frame with solid stainless sides and roof. The interior surfaces have a polished finish to maximize heat/radiation onto the product.With its modular design, the Radiant Tunnel can be supplied as an individual unit or a number of units can be positioned inline. It can be placed at the in-feed for pre-heating containers or after material application to achieve an adequate time/temperature gradient for the desired shrinking result.

Inpak shrink tunnels with chain conveyors are designed to produce a complete, uniform shrink using all available shrink films, including polyethylene, polyolefin and PVC.
Heavy duty, variable speed blowers create a high velocity recirculating air system, which forces hot air throughout the tunnel. PTFE coated fiberglass sleeve fitted chain rod conveyors allow this hot air to reach all surfaces of the package, resulting in a uniform shrink on a wide range of product sizes and configurations.
