Free flowing frozen Totapuri mango chunks produced from clean, Fresh, sound and firm, semi ripened, sorted and washed good totapuri mangoes after peeling, slicing and hand cutting into chunks , sanitized, dewatered and are frozen at -18c, free rolling, no agglomerations then sieved, inspected , weighed, packed & passed through metal detector. Product is free from contaminations, GMO and foreign bodies, transferring to cold stores at -18c.
