The process of strapping (also often referred to as bundling or banding) is most commonly implemented within the packaging industry. A strapping tool is used to wrap a polyester (PET) strap around a product or container to seal, reinforce and/or fasten such, for increased security and protection whilst in transit or storage.
Sri Sai Pack stocks two variants of battery operated strapping tool. The Medium model is our most versatile tool and suitable for most general purpose strapping tasks. The Heavy variant meanwhile also uses plastic strap reels to create high tension, steel-strong strapping around especially weighty and cumbersome goods.

All of our models are fully mobile due to being cordless and powered by rechargeable battery. Even better; each also comprises easy strap insertion, and the degree of tension and sealing time can be auto set with just one push of a button. An easy to use carton sealing machine - seals both the top and bottom of boxes. This popular machine is widely used to create time saving efficiencies in busy packing areas. Using industry standard machine tape our carton sealing machine will seal up to 30 cases per minute.
A Case sealer is a packaging machine that applies pressure sensitive tape to the bottom and / or top of a cardboard box so securely sealing the contents within. The Champion 700-FC, Fully Automatic Side Belt Drive Top and Bottom Case Taper with Flap Closer will accept cartons automatically from a Powered Conveyor and will close all 4 carton flaps and then tape top and bottom. The machine will automatically meter cartons with a Photo Eyed Controlled Gating System. An advantage to our Flap Closer is the fully adjustable Plow System.
Both plows are adjustable vertically and horizontally at the front and the back of the plow. This is an important feature of our machine as it allows the user the utmost exibility with closing aps in a timely fashion for varying types of carton applications. The rear minor ap kicker glides in a straight line to kick the ap. Most of our competitors use a swinging kicker motion, but our straight line kicker path transfers more force allowing you to easily handle double wall cartons. Our control box can be positioned on either side of the machine or on a conveying system for user comfort and safety. The row of top squeezing rollers helps to keep the major aps together, while generally keeping the top seam tight prior to tape application. The adjustable hand cranks allow for quick carton change over. The hand cranks can also be located on either side of the machine. Optional machine guarding is available on the Champion 700-FC.

The Impulse Foot Sealers utilize twin heating element wires, on the top and bottom of the sealing jaw, for sealing materials and gusset bags that are over 10 mil and up to 20 mil in thickness. Induction sealers seal an aluminum laminated liner to the top (bunghole) of plastic containers and/or glass containers with flat threaded caps. This lining consists of several layers of materials typically one metallic layer over a thermoplastic layer. When the container is positioned next to an active induction head, one or more induction coils excite the metallic molecules of the metallic layer. This ultrahigh frequency vibration causes the metal layer to heat up, which in turn melts the thermoplastic layer of the lining causing it to fuse to the top of the container. This seal is hermetic and impermeable to gases. In effect the lining becomes part of the container. From this point on nothing enters or exits the container until the lining is punctured. For this reason induction sealers are used widely thought many industries. The process is extremely simple, and can be accurately repeated time after time.

The 700-20 is a semi-automatic manually adjustable Side Belt Drive Case Sealer that is built with the operator and maintenance staff in mind. Threading of the Champion 502 or 503 Tape Head is very simple and the head is designed to be virtually maintenance free.
The adjusting hand cranks can be located on either side of the machine for operator convenience and comfort. A feature of the 700-20 is that it can be quickly adjusted to seal narrow width or short height cartons, while still handling cartons up to 20 width and height. Our Tape Heads are durable, simple to thread and have few moving parts making it uncomplicated to work with.
