Shrink chamber machines are floor standing units which are mounted on wheels. They are designed to speed up packaging lines by providing both a heat shrinking and sealing method in a single unit. Taking only seconds to shrink and seal, the hood machines are a faster alternative to desktop systems.

Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine using Stretch Wrap (Pallet Wrap) Film, has long been recognised as one of the best methods of securing a load to a pallet. Pallet Wrapping with Stretch Wrap (Pallet Wrap) Film reduces the risk of a palletised load getting damaged in transit. Pallet Wrapping diminishes the risk of returns. A load is placed on a pallet, and then Stretch Wrap (Pallet Wrap) Film is wrapped around the load and the pallet, thus securing the load to the pallet. Pallet Wrapping keeps the pallet stable in transit by preventing the load from slipping or moving when it is being moved by a fork lift or pump truck, and ensures that the palletised load arrives in perfect condition, safe and secure. The risk of theft or partial theft of products in transit is also greatly reduced. Pallet Wrapping with Stretch Wrap (Pallet Wrap) Film also gives added protection from the weather, and the protective covering on the palletised load minimises the risk of damage from other pallets whilst in transit.

Our Sleeve Wrappers are designed to wrap a wide variety of packs, either as individual packs, or as collations. Two rolls of film are sealed in the middle, creating a single curtain of film. As the pack travels into the film, the wrapper creates a "sleeve" around the pack.

The heavy duty sealing blade provides a unique strong seal to complete the "sleeve." The pack then travels into the shrink tunnel and a reliable sealed pack is produced.

The semi automatic stretch wrapping machine is flat packed for on site installation using your own, non technical, staff. The semi automatic stretch wrapping machine comes with a detailed manual explaining how to install, connect and operate the machine. Installation is very straightforward and could not be easier. The mast is already pre wired internally and secured to the base with a fixed hinge so all you have to do is raise the mast and secure with the bolts supplied. The film carriage is already in place so everything is ready to go in a few minutes. Power connection could not be easier, the machine comes with a five metre flex cable with the wires pre prepared for your plug top or for wiring directly into the factory ring main. The machine uses a 6 amp, 240v supply which should be protected with a 300ma breaker. Our semi automatic stretch wrapping machine is a conventional turntable wrapper with vertical mast. Pallet wrapper is supplied with a core brake film carriage which makes it ideal for wrapping a huge and diverse range of palletised loads using normal everyday stretch film as well as higher performing "pre stretched" films which are gaining popularity daily. This in NOT a "budget" machine. Designed, manufactured and assembled in Italy all our machines are precision made using high quality components from suppliers you can trust such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Omron, Weidmuller, SKF and Motovario. The machine comes with an electronic parts manual which allows you to identify parts down to the last nut, bolt and washer. The PW-1223ARD stretch wrapping machine is a unique design, fully automatic turntable machine. Installed in a conveyor line the machine requires no operator intervention other than to change the rolls of film. Due to the compact action of the lifting arm the machine can be used in areas with low headroom without the need for any special parts and the delay associated with their delivery. The unit for raising and lowering the film carriage is a sealed for life gearbox so maintenance is much reduced and safety is increased. The use of powered rollers to pre stretch the film before application greatly increases the yield from a film roll and also improves load containment.
Every automatic stretch wrapping machine is custom built to the exact customer requirements and specification. All items of the build can be specified including the PLC, pneumatic components, drive motors and inverters, even the colour of both the moving and static parts of the machine. The top sheet cover can be applied before, or during the wrapping process to give a dustproof or waterproof wrap. At the end of the sequence the film can be welded to secure the tail against the load or, if the side of the load is uneven, such as sacks, the film can be "tucked" under previous layers of film to secure it.
The 2000kg turntable is supported on a large diameter industrial ball bearing giving outstanding duty cycles. The pinion to drive the turntable is on the outside of the assembly making maintenance easier than those mounted inside the bearing.
To comply with CE regulations, all automatic stretch wrapping machines must be contained behind fence guards with anti personnel light barriers to the pallet openings on the infeed and outfeed conveyors. Sri Sai Pack can supply the PW-1223ARD A complete with these safety features or not in the case of integration into a safety cell supplied by others. Due to the fact that there is no traditional mast to erect on site, installation time is greatly reduced, the top sheet unit slots into place quickly and easily.
The PW-1223ARD A stretch wraping machine is also available without the roller top for direct loading with FLT. The machine must still be mounted within a safety cell. as the FLT withdraws from the cell, the operator resets the light barrier and initiates the wrapping sequence.

Induction sealers seal an aluminum laminated liner to the top (bunghole) of plastic containers and/or glass containers with flat threaded caps. This lining consists of several layers of materials typically one metallic layer over a thermoplastic layer. When the container is positioned next to an active induction head, one or more induction coils excite the metallic molecules of the metallic layer. This ultrahigh frequency vibration causes the metal layer to heat up, which in turn melts the thermoplastic layer of the lining causing it to fuse to the top of the container. This seal is hermetic and impermeable to gases. In effect the lining becomes part of the container. From this point on nothing enters or exits the container until the lining is punctured. For this reason induction sealers are used widely thought many industries. The process is extremely simple, and can be accurately repeated time after time.
