Our range of marine ply is manufactured from high density 100% hard wood. The marine plywood performs the best in humid weather conditions and extreme temperatures. It resists delaminating and fungal attack. This type of plywood is also known as boiling waterproof plywood. Undiluted phenolic resin is used for bonding the wood together. Phenol formaldehyde is the adhesive that gives marine plywood its waterproof property. Marine ply is exterior grade plywood with both sides gurjan face, 0.35mm or 1mm thickness and double sanded lower and upper face. We are offering film faced shuttering plywood. Film faced shuttering plywood is made with high density timber in ultra-modern hot presses. We use shuttering glue to bond the timber sheets together. Edges of the plywood are usually sealed with an acrylic based paint for maximum moisture resistance and durability. We supply shuttering ply with both sides smooth finish or with one side smooth and a non-slip surface. We also export textured film faced plywood with anti-skid property. These are widely used flooring, roofing, walls etc. Film faced ply is best suited for use in conditions of high temperature drop, influence of moisture, detergent cleaning and provides protection against termites. Film face shuttering ply is widely known for the maximum repetitions it gives. It is used in all kinds of shuttering and centring work and it comes with a film on both sides to ensure a mirror look and smooth surface for shuttering purposes. We offer various sizes 8x4ft, 7x4ft, 6x4ft, 8x3ft, 7x3ft and 6x3ft.

We export commercial plywood of mr grade. This particular type of plywood can withstand some amount of moisture, dampness and humidity. The commercial ply is interior grade plywood it is mostly used in interior.
