We offer belt conveyor pulleys, which are engineered as per the application and performance required. Our pulleys are fabricated to various sizes with either bare face, crown face & rubber lagged with herringbone grooves. We use special vulcanizing process, which ensure its smooth surface and full surface bond. The shell is made of single rolled plate rim with welded end discs. The pulleys are statically balanced.

We provide idlers with dust collection systems that offers useful versatility where both grinding and buffing are done. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life. Starting equipment is indicated in the chart below. For added safety, the use of an eye shield and a dust collector is suggested. A shaft holding device is provided as standard to simplify wheel changing. CARRYING IDLER: Carrying idler are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame, groove-shape forward inclined idler frames and transition idler frame. IMPACT IDLER: Installed on the material-feeding spot to reduce the impulsive force occurred by the falling down material and protect the belt and idlers from damaged
