We use special vulcanizing process, which ensure its smooth surface and full surface bond. The shell is made of single rolled plate rim with welded end discs. The pulleys are statically balanced.

We provide idlers with dust collection systems that offers useful versatility where both grinding and buffing are done. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life.
