Linear Wet Press

The Linear Wet Press is the Latest Concrete Wet Press Machinery introduced by Parijatha Machinery and is used for manufacture of various kinds of Heavy Duty High Density Concrete Products like Kerb Stones, Slabs, Flags and related Products.  This Machine has been developed by Parijatha Machinery after many years of R&D in Concrete Wet Press Machinery Development, using cutting-edge technology.
The Products manufactured in Linear Wet Press have the Unique qualities of High Compressive Strength, Vey Low Water Absorption, Abrasion Resistance and most importantly Resistance to Frost-Thaw cycles.

The Construction of the Machine and Mould system is very simple with simple operation and ease of operation and maintenance. THREE STATION AUTOMATIC PRESS - APM-316ED

 

APM-316ED:
Parijatha Three Station Rotary Press APM-316ED consists of three stations, one for filling the raw material and levelling, the second, used as pressing station, and the third, the de-moulding station. 
This machine can be fitted with a feed hopper attachment which helps in dosing the right quantity of material into the mould. Due to the separate de-moulding station, the products can be slowly de-moulded without causing any damage to the freshly produced products on the pallet.
The specially designed hydraulic unit has a dedicated system for the pressing operation and separate system for other functions. The ejection and locking systems are operated pneumatically which make the complete machine easy to operate and maintain. The system is hermitically sealed to avoid any dust or water from entering the system ensuring years of trouble free operation. The electrical system is controlled by a PLC system coupled to a large sized HMI which has a range of options for setting and operation. This operator friendly system can be customized to specific application as per the customer needs.
The moulds for this machine are specially designed and manufactured as per customers’ designs, sizes and specifications in our state of art manufacturing facility with CNC controlled machinery. Special designs and sizes of grooved exterior tiles/slabs can be manufactured by just changing the base rubbers thus enhancing the range of products available to customers.

FOUR STATION AUTOMATIC PRESS - APM-416ED - APM-416ED

APM-416ED:
Parijatha Four Station Hermetic Press APM-416 ED is the latest in terrazzo / cement tile technology. In this hermetic press, tiles / slabs of very high transverse and compressive strength, abrasion resistance, and low water absorption can be manufactured with relatively small thickness.

In the first station of the APM-416 ED, the top layer of the tile / block is put in to the mould manually, after which, the mould vibrates for a set cycle time and moves to the second station.
In the second station the back layer of the tile / block is put in to the mould automatically, the excess material is automatically removed, the mould vibrates for a set cycle time and move to the third station.
In the third station, the compression of the tile / block takes place for the set cycle time and moves to the fourth station.
The tiles / blocks are automatically ejected on to the pallet in the fourth station, where it is manually unloaded.

Three Station Wet Press (APM-316 ED)

The Three Station Wet Press (APM-316 ED) is the latest in Terrazzo/Cement Tile Technology. In this Wet Press System, Tiles/Slabs of very high Transverse and Compressive Strength, Abrasion resistance, low water absorption can be manufactured with relatively Small Thickness.
The Three Station Wet Press, APM-316 ED comes with Unique Vacuum De-watering System which will help in effectively drawing out the water content in the Tile during the pressing process and produces the most dense form of Concrete using Vacuum De-Watering Technology under very High Pressure.
Superior Quality Products can be manufactured in this Three Station Wet Press, APM-316 ED due to heavy duty pressing with robust frame for maximum pressure during the manufacturing process.
Various designs of Terrazzo Tiles possible by using only cement, powder and stone aggregates apart from a range of exterior paving tiles using different designs of base rubbers.
Thickness from 10mm up to 20mm for Tiles and up to 80mm for Slabs possible in Three Station Wet Press, APM-316 ED.
The Parijatha Wet Press APM-316 ED uses the Unique Vacuum De-watering System, where the Tile/Slab is manufactured using only the face mix and not the backing layer of the tile as in the conventional process. The Mix comprises of Cement, Power and Stone aggregates (of various types and sizes depending upon the design) added with water so as to make a workable mix which is poured into the mould.  The in-built Vibration System ensures that the mix is sufficiently distributed in the mould and the air content released fully.
The Mould then moves to the other Station wherein it is pressed by the heavy duty Hydraulic System and simultaneously the Vacuum de-watering also removes the water. The tile is then ejected out in the third Station and stored in Pallets for curing and polishing.

TWO STATION AUTOMATIC PRESS - APM-216HD

APM-216HD:
The Parijatha Two station Rotary Press APM-216HD consists of two working stations one for filling the raw material, vibration and levelling. The other station is used for pressing, ejection and de-moulding of the pressed products. The products are removed by manually pushing the delivery tray into the moulding station where the products are automatically de-moulded and placed on the tray. The tray is then drawn out manually and placed in racks.

Since the machine has only two working stations, the mould can be manufactured within a short period of time at a very low cost as compared to bigger multi station machines.

Wet Cast Plant

Parijatha Machinery has developed the Wet Cast Products manufacturing line using Rubber, FRP or Polyurethane Moulds.  The System is designed for mass producing Wet Cast Products which normally required lots of manual work.
This System comprises of an Automatic Dosing Device which is fixed on to a Hopper on which the mixed material from the Mixer is poured.Variable dosing of material depending upon the mould size and type programmable to meet all requirements using PLC Control.

Automatic movement of the Pallets clamped pneumatically to the sturdy table on which the heavy duty vibratig devices are fixed. Hydraulic movement of the Pallets for very smooth operation on to multiple vibration stations for superior compacted concrete products.
