We are offering sawdust briquettes. * sawdust briquettes has become increasingly prevalent over recent years as technological advances have converted a relatively low energy value material into a compact high energy product. * sawdust briquettes can certainly claim to be environmentally friendly as the carbon given off when they are burnt is offset by the carbon processed by the tree from which the sawdust was derived. * sawdust briquettes have an energy value close to that of coal but at a fraction of the price making them an exciting alternative to diminishing fossil fuel supplies. * a great deal of time and money has been spent in developing the technology to produce the quality of sawdust briquettes we offer. * there are many sources of sawdust briquettes available although most are poorly compressed by inadequate machinery and thus crumble very easily. Poor quality briquettes will smother a fire as they crumble and should be avoided.

We are offering biomass pellets. pellets are produced by compressing the biomass material which has first passed through a hammer mill to provide a uniform dough-like mass. this mass is fed to a press where it is squeezed through a die having holes of the size required (normally 6 mm diameter, sometimes 8 mm or larger). the high pressure of the press causes the temperature of the biomass to increase greatly, and the lignin plastifies slightly forming a natural “glue” that holds the pellet together as it cools. we manufacture 8mm diameter pellets regularly satisfying the fuel needs for both residential & commercial customers
