A fiber laser or fiber laser is a laser in which the active gain medium is an optical fiber doped with rare-earth elements such as Erbium, Ytterbium, Neodymium, Dysprosium, Praseodymium, and Thulium. They are related to doped fiber amplifiers, which provide light amplification without lasing. Fiber nonlinearities, such as stimulated Raman scattering or four-wave mixing can also provide gain and thus serve as gain media for a fiber laser.

Our green laser is a diode pumped, Q-switched, solid state laser. We use the finest micro resonator with electro-optic modulation technology which is perhaps one of its kind. Our laser diodes are of best quality . These pumping laser diodes and resonators are temperature controlled by a highly efficient solid state system based on PELTIER CELLS.

The Greeny MARKOLASER is designed for micro machining of soft and hard materials, specially marking on glass and crystal engraving . A beam soot size of 20 microns is used for deep, small micro-machining and special electronics and medical applications. • The 'V' represents the rigid, V shaped tampon bridge with the two tampons arranged on it at an angle of 60 degrees. This series features 2 color machines with an ink/ doctoring cup diameter of 60, 90 or 130 mm. The precise machines of the V series can print in 4 colors without problems when using divided doctoring cup and the rigid component holders. The inking system is arranged in parallel so that the cliche can be changed easily from the operator side.
• And thanks to the eccentric screws (X , Y, and Z axis) it is easy to precisely set up both the clichs as well as the integrated tampon cleaning unit.

We have in-house facilities to prepare customized printing plates preparation at our premises. Here thick and thin plates can be prepared as per customer's requirement. Pad printing plates can be prepared to fulfill any size and thickness requirement. Nylo plates:- Application:- You can make your own plates in-house with the exposure unit as explained above. Properties:- Water washable synthetic cliche.Maximum resolution upto 120 lines/cm2.Allows printing of very fine line and large areas.Easy fastening on magnet holding plates. Cliche change in 30 seconds.

Utility: * Set dozes according to the viscosity required. When machine is switched on along with thinner it churns ink in the system itself.* Applied for sealed systems as well as open system.* Mounted on the left side of the printing machine. Note: * Dosing volume depends on machines.* Least count of .5 gm to 1 gm.* These are solar operated. No need of any electricity or battery.
