We are Manufacturing & Supplying large size Pipes & Pipe Fittings in Stainless Steel such as SS304/L, SS316/L, SS904L, SS310, SS317/L, etc & in Nickel Alloys such as Inconel-600, Incoloy-800H/HT, Incoloy-825, Hastelloy-C276/C22, etc. We have a capability of manufacturing Welded Pipes sizing from 300NB up to 2000NB & Welded Pipe Fittings from 150NB up to 1600NB. We also offer 100% Radiography for all our Pipes & Pipe Fittings.

In past, we have manufactured Filter, Dryers, Centrifuges, Equipments for Steel Industries such as Pre-Heaters, Economizers etc, in Exotic Material of Construction such as Hastelloy C276 and C22, Inconel 600, Incoloy 800H/HT, Incoloy 825 , Ni200/201, Monel- 400 & other Alloys. Waste Heat Recovery System for Steel Industry is one of the Salient feature of our Capabilities. Flue Gas coming out of Furnace is normally at 700 to 800°C. It is extremely important to recover the Heat Content of this Flue Gas & use it for Pre-Heating of Fuel. We also undertake manufacturing of various large size Pipes & Fittings for the specific need of our Client.

In last one decade, we have manufactured variety of Reactors & Autoclaves in different sizes for variety of Unit Operations. We have a capability to manufacture Reactors & Autoclaves sizing from 50Ltrs to 40000Ltrs, suitable for Homogenous & Heterogeneous Chemical Reaction Engineering, Halogenations, Distillation, Extraction, Mixing, etc. We have handled variety of Material of Constructions such as Hastealloy C276 and C22, Inconel 600, Incoloy 800H/HT, Incoloy 825 Ni201, Nickel 200/201, Monel 400,  SS904L, SS316/L & SS304/L. We have catered to the Process Condition of Pressure ranging from Full Vacuum to 100Bar(g) & Temperature ranging from Cryogenic Application to 250°C. We also assist & undertake the Design of Reactors with variety of Agitator Systems. The Agitator Systems can be supplied with all types of Mechanical Seal, Gland Packing & Top Entry Magnetic Drives. We have manufactured Jacketed as well as Limpeted Reactors with maximum Utility Pressure of 25Bar(g).

In the development of Technology & Scale up, the Pilot Plants play very important role. A typical Pilot Plant consists of High Pressure Reactor, Charging Vessel, Condenser, Filter, Pumps & suitable Piping System. We have designed & supplied Skid Mounted Pilot Plant Systems to various Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemical & Agro Chemical Units, . We have manufactured these Pilot Plants in Hastelloy C276 and C22, Inconel 600, Incoloy 800H/HT, Incoloy 825 Ni201, Nickel 200/201, Monel 400, SS316/L & SS304/L.

In any Chemical Manufacturing Company, the Process Flow is incomplete without Process Vessels & Storage Tanks. They cater to variety of Process requirement such as Batch Charging, Receiving, Storing & Buffering. We can Design & Manufacture any type of Process Vessels & Storage Tanks confirming to various International Standards of Capacity Ranging from 100Ltrs to 50, 000Ltrs. These can be made in Material of Construction such as Hastealloy C276 and C22, Inconel 600, Incoloy 800H/HT, Incoloy 825,  Ni200/201, Monel-400. We also undertake On Site Manufacturing of large size Storage Tanks which are difficult to Transport.
