1. SUPERBOND SH 100 or SH 110 :

is specially formulated water based polymer emulsion of VAM. This is specially formulated for hot pressing process. It is a multi purpose product applicable for manual usage, machine works, Hot pressing, Post forming. It is a PVAc based self cross linking white adhesive and widely used by Interior decorators, Modular Kitchen makers, Furniture manufacturers etc.

2. RELIABLE SUPERBOND GRADE SH 100 :

Specially formulated water based polymer emulsion of VAM. It is extensively used for bonding gypsum and calcium silicate boards. It is also mainly used for furniture works.

3. RELIABLE SUPERBOND SH:

Synthetic adhesive is polymeric base product used in manufacturing spiral wound paper tube to make container of various sizes. It is wood grade and general purpose adhesive for wood works, pattern makers, furniture works, sports goods manufactures, interior decoration etc.

4. RELIABLE SUPERBOND GRADE RB SH :

is economical grade widely used as adhesive in furniture making, Artificial flowers, label pasting, lt is purely a product which is economically viable and serves the need.

These types of adhesives are water base ter-polymers in nature. The adhesive is used for pasting lables on PET bottles.

Our Synthetic adhesive is Milky white colour water based eco-friendly adhesive without any solvents. It is used for bonding difficult to bond surfaces such as,

• PVC tiles/film/sheet or Metallised film to all substrate,

• Plastic material to porous or even not-porous substrates,

• Ceramic tiles to Cementitious substrates etc.

• Printed Paper, Lacquered Paper and Board.

If at least one substrate is porous then direct bonding of two substrate is possible. If not, then adhesive is applied onto one surface and intermediately dry, followed by pasting the other non-polar substrate to it.

RELIABLE SUPERBOND ADHESIVES are specially formulated water based Tetra polymer emulsion extensively used for lamination of BOPP/Polyester/ PVC film to paper or board.

Synthetic Adhesive grade EFPS is water base ter-polymers in nature. The adhesive complies with European standards and is Eco Friendly. Adhesive does not contain any Pthalate such as DBP, BBP, DEHP, DINP, DIDP, DNOP OR DIBP, Formaldehyde, PVC and other toxic substance, Heavy Metals and is APEO free.
Our Eco-friendly Table Adhesive which complies with European Standard is used as a table adhesive on rotory and flat table printing of garment specially for export. Packing Available in 1 Kg and 5 Kgs.

Specially formulated PVAcetate based adhesive is viscous milky white colour emulsion which is used on high speed Paper Honey comb plant. * It gives instant adhesion with fibre tear strength. * It does not allow fungus or bacterial growth. * Paper Honey comb produce can be converted to its articles like pellets, doors etc in shortest possible time.

Adhesives for Manufacturing Envelopes:
1. Relacryl 3500: Adhesive for Body gumming for envelopes made on machines.
2. Relacryl PS: Adhesive for peal & seal for art paper envelopes on cold melt peal seal machines.
3. Relasin 611 LV : Adhesive for body / side / gumming for normal envelopes.
4. Relacryl 755WE : Adhesive for pasting window film on envelopes.
5. Relasin 655 HC : Adhesive for envelop pasting applications with high bonding with slow drying.

POLYBOND is two-component cold water soluble Modified starch powder. It is used for Paper Corrugation and Pasting .

The advantages of using POLYBOND are:
POLYBOND is available in Powder form.It is cold water soluble.Generally POLYBOND 1 : 3 to 4 parts of water is used and mixed well for paper corrugation and pasting.No heating is required to prepare adhesive paste/glueHoney colour prepared paste with no settlement at bottom on storage of prepared glueConsistent quality and no batch-to-batch variation.No black particles and impurities.POLYBOND is NOT mixed with any cheap filler like clay etc. (This can be easily verified by preparing its paste. POLYBOND paste will be Honey in colour and no settlement will be observed in the gum pot on storage while Starch powder mixed with any cheap filler will be dirty yellow colour and filler will set at the bottom on storage.) This product is significantly stable with excellent flow properties.It has excellent tack at any concentration resulting in formation of fibre tear bond with minimum cure time.Due to smooth flow of the paste, uniform glue spreading resulting in higher mileage and lower consumption of Glue.Prepare adhesive gives good Compress Strength (CD) to the paper.Excellent bonding coupled with shorter drying time enables end user to increase the speed of the M/c and hence higher production.Ease of cleaning M/c parts resulting in lower idle time and labour cost.

PSA for producing packaging tapes are based on water based emulsion of Acrylates. Our R&D team has developed a nano technology using advance chemistry and new generation of modified Acrylates. Combination of this chemistry gives an excellent peel-off tack as compare to normal Acrylate based PSA to the packaging tapes, non-migration of adhesive, non yellowness on keeping.

Sodium silicate or Modified starch are hitherto used as adhesive for making Paper core. Both these adhesives are highly alkaline with very high pH which damage the paper and rollers of winders and also create hazardous working conditions for workman. It is also classified as highly pollutant and Disposal of the same is problem. The biggest problem is that core prepared using these adhesives does not give high crushing strength or compressive strength to the core which is very much essential for the modern Paper machine. Paper reels gets damage while inserting chuck with high pressure to the end of the core resulting in rejection of Paper reel.

ADVANTAGES IN USING SYNTHETIC ADHESIVE 1401

• * Adhesive is Synthetic so no variation in quality.
• * It is flowable white emulsion and ready to use.
• * With near neutral pH so no damage to manpower or machine or roller or paper.
• * Winder can run at high speed as adhesive is fast drying. .
• * Give an excellent crushing strength or compress strength to the Paper core. Crushing strength is almost SIX times more as compared to Sodium silicate adhesive and TWO times more as compared to Modified starch based adhesives.
