Copper gaskets to DIN standard 71511 with asbestos enclosed by two layers of metal and also with asbestos filled reinforcing seams or inside metal borders.
NACF gasket pressure upto 20KgCm2. Teflon enveloped gaskets are used upto 150oC and pressure upto 20KgCm2 against strong acids, strong alkalis, oxygen, chlorine gas and organic solvent.
Polyacrylate rubber high temperature resistance. Good with oils and solvents and phosphate ester fluids. Poor abrasion and water resistance.
