Hand Molding Method is one of the oldest traditional processes for casting. Where pattern material is aluminum called aluminum pattern. Weight of Aluminum material is less so it is easy to mold by molder. With help of aluminum pattern we can get good surface quality & good life of pattern.
Machine Mold Pattern are one step advance process than hand molding process. In this process various type of machines like Vibration jolting machine, Semi Automatic Squeeze Jolting Machine, Disamatic Arpha Line Molding Machine. In This method runner riser & getting are predefine so no need to do it again & again as per hand molding.
In cold core process Amine Gas passes through Sand which is filled in a cavity. Sand becomes hard & take shape of cavity. This is a cost effective process for making cores for casting. This type of core can be use for continues molding process.
Nobake Process Patterns are generally use for good surface quality finish of casting. In this process no. of cores are assembled & molten metal pour in that cour assembly. Type of Sand are use in this process like two part, three part.
Gravity Die is use for non ferrous metal like Aluminum, Zink etc. This die generally made from cast iron material . A molten metal will be poured in cavity & material take shape of cavity. This method is use for heavy wall thickness components.
