We have expertise in Design & Engineering of District Regulating Skids. DRS reduce the gas pressure entering into City Gas Distribution Network. It consists of Filtration System, Pressure Regulating Valves & Metering Devices.It reduces gas pressure to 4-7 bars; this ensures that in city area gas network can be laid using MDPE (Medium Density Poly Ethane) instead of using Steel Pipes.

Natural gas typically contains many liquid hydrocarbons. The heavier components found in smaller amounts compared to the lighter gaseous one. By managing the Dew Point of hydrocarbons, its condensation can be prevented. Controlling Dew Point ensures high quality gas which can be directly used in industrial applications such as power generation.Dew Point Skids consist of Chillers, Pre-Coolers, Filters & Separators. To reduce CBM Gas Dew Point up to (-)30degC. Gas Compressors are employed in system. The basic purpose of Dew Point Control Skid is to get dry gases at elevated temperature.As of now we have Designed & Engineered Dew Point Control Skids for United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Hydraulic Booster Compressors in India for Compressed Natural Gas application. Idro Meccanica Italy is a world leader in CNG Hydraulic Booster Compressors for Daughter Booster station. Idro Meccanica Compressors are hydraulically driven and especially conceived for Natural Gas compression as well as other technical gases in different applications. Designed to meet stringent European Standards, the Booster Compressors have been proved to work effectively for long duration across various regions in India. Idro Meccanica units are water cooled and they are designed for round the clock non-stop operation, which makes them suitable for turbine fuel cogeneration plants.

Separators are mechanical devices for removing and collecting liquids from Natural Gas. Two Phase Separators discharge the separated gas and liquid from the vessel and ensure that no re-entrainment of one into the other takes place. It consists of pressure gauges, thermometers and liquid-level gauge assemblies. Separators are provided with Cleanout Openings. When solids are present in the inlet stream, they blow down through Cleanout Openings.

To achieve the same, Emerson Copeland turned theory of Scroll in practical reality. Copeland Scroll Gas Compression is an exceptionally low maintenance, compact, rugged new approach to oilfield gas compression. The Scroll Compressor module comes equipped with many high quality features typically found only on larger oilfield compression packages. Packaged flow rates are 15-600 mcfd (0.4-17 mcmd), 60-300 psig single stage discharge pressure (4-21 bar), and vacuum to 65 psig suction (0-4.5 bar suction). Copeland uses sophisticated, computer-assisted design and manufacturing methods to achieve the critical tolerances required for production of Scroll Compressors. Hermetic Compressors are designed with packaged flow rates of 15-600 mcfd, 70-345 psig single stage discharge pressure & suction from vacuum to 25 psig. Hermetic design also ensures Compressor (no shaft seals) eliminates oxygen, oil and gas leak paths. Commercial air conditioning noise level allows for installation in environmentally sensitive areas.

We supply high pressure Portable Nitrogen Charging Unit up to 350 bar. Our supplied unit consists of base frame for combined equipment including Compressor, Cylinder Cascade, Priority Panel with different pressure (100 bar, 200 bar & 350 bar), inlet Pressure Reducing Skid (350 bar to 1 bar) and inlet/outlet connectors with Quick Discharge Coupling.In the past we have supplied this system to Synergy Systems for Aircraft charging".
