Our Cooling Tower cool the re-cycled water. The towers blend easily with
architectural surroundings, giving a unique aesthetic appearance.
Designed to cool industrial re-cycled process water from temperature of 50 degrees to
temperature of 4 plus the prevailing Wet Bulb temperature of the region. The design
incorporate the static spray nozzle distribution to atomize water in to a mist state and ensure
uniformity in water dispersion and are easy to maintain even during the tower operations.
The hot water from the application is dispersed uniformly over the wet deck fill by means of
static spray non clog nozzles. Simultaneously, air is induced through the fill media thus taking
away the latent heat from the water passing through the fill media. Portion of water
evaporated, removes the heat from the remaining water.

PSA Unit
This is a Twin tower PSA system filled with special grade carbon molecular sieves for producing high pure nitrogen gas continuously. Both the towers are interconnected with automatic change over valves to switch over the towers operation once in one minute.
Surge vessel & Pressure Holding Valve
Nitrogen gas produced from PSA system will be collected in this vessel and Pressure holding valve maintains required back pressure to produce good quality nitrogen gas continuously.
Float type Rotameter
This is an acrylic body with SS float type Rota meter to set and monitor the quantity of nitrogen production.
Oxygen analyzer
We have included oxygen analyzer in our scope to monitor the oxygen content in product nitrogen gas. This shall help you to monitor purity of Nitrogen gas supplied.
Electrical control panel
Control panel with all branded parts of L&T and Schneider.
Nitrogen storage tank
We shall provide for nitrogen storage tank in MS with all accessories to store thegas @6kg/cm2 pressure. This tank is supplied with safety valve, pressure gauge, hand-hole etc. for safe and comfortable operation.
