It is manufactured by removing the carbohydrates and thereby concentrating the protein fraction in the finished product to a level between 65% & 70%. Accredited by FAO/WHO as having high nutritional value, Soya Protein is often called the �¢ï¿½ï¿½complete protein�¢ï¿½ï¿½. Comprising protein content equal to that in milk, eggs, meat, and chicken. It can be used as the sole source of dietary protein.
