SOMNATH LENGTH GRADER is made of high tensile iron steel chassis with pressed pocket shaped indentation through Latest Technology CNC Machine, which separates grain according to the length. The grain is passed through one end of the cylinder. The unbroken or full-length rice flows & passes over the pocket/indents and the broken rice is caught in the pockets, as the cylinder rotates they are lifted up to a certain point after which they drop out into a collecting trough and are removed accordingly. The cylinder can be easily dismantled for the cleaning of the indents because cylinder consists of two segments. The variable drive pulley rotates the cylinder at the desired speed.
