The high frequency insulated gate bi-polar transistor (IGBT) driven converter takes the incoming AC power, measures against the nominal voltage and adds or subtracts voltage, 20, 000 times per second, to achieve precisely regulated 230 V AC output. Configuration :Pressset key for 5 seconds, display rl1 again press set key now display last load value, if change then use shift key for digit selection and up key use for 0 – 9 value again press set key now modified value store and display rl2 same process apply for all parameters. If user not touch any for some time then system automatically exit from configuration mode. The system can be exit from configuration mode if user press shift key at the time rl1 display.
This is micro-processor based Donnelly Chute level indictor Transmitter with isolated o/p(4-20 mA), 10nos digital optical o/p and 2 relay control .The instrument is field programmable and user friendly. In this Instrument user can be set sensor sensitivity , sensor level selection, sample delay time and relay set point etc. The user can be set level 2-10 then instrument automatically tune for o/p 4-20 mA and display 0-100%, The instrument have five settable parameters like rL1, rL2, snt, trl, Lst. The Instrument read input level in sequence 1 to 10 if misplaced any level then it will not show above levels.

SNT(sensitivity adjustment Parameter) :In this parameter user can be adjust sensitivity of every (1-10 sensor) level sensor through key pad. The sensor value can be set in this parameter 93(Max.) to (185min.) sensitivity and it is normaly set 100 value of every sensor. If SNT value set 93 then direct on without input connection.

Pump Motor Protection Feature :
This is micro-controller based RPM Transmitter with 2 Relay control output. It is designed for settable teeth or pulse(1-99) PNP/NPN type photo sensor or proximity sensor input. User can be adjusting range parameter for required retransmission output (4-20mA) otherwise o/p can be higher than 20mA.The instrument can be display over (over range) message when rpm greater than 9999.
