Continuous Twin Shaft Mixersis one of the most efficient and economic mixer when dust conditioning or sludge insertion is focused. A fixed quantity of liquid is injected, which works as a conditioner for the mixing process. Two parallel counter-rotating and intermeshing paddle shafts are incorporated in the machine for better results; its adjustable angle of inclination matters while different material is to be mixed. This durable mixer is mainly used for powder mixing, sludge neutralization and granulation along with conditioning of dust, ash or sludge.
