Our offered Product range includes Feeders, Screw Feeders, Apron Feeders and Reciprocating Feeders.
Feeders
Belt Feeders are usually used for granular and small lumped materials. The feature distinguishing Belt Feeders from Ordinary Belt Conveyors is that Belt Feeders extracts the material at the controlled rate by setting the height of the control gate across the skirt board.
Screw Feeder consists of a continuous Screw Rotating in a pipe. The shaft of the screws turns in between two terminal bearings mounted outside the pipe. The special feature of screw feeder is the variable pitch and size of the flight which enables smooth flow and discharge of the material.
Apron Feeders are predominantly used for heavy and large lumps. These have overlapping steel pans fitted on double strand chain. The flow control is by adjusting the speed with the use of variable speed drive.
Reciprocating Feeder has a horizontal or slightly declined table with stationary side boards. The table is generally supported by stationary rollers or suspended on rods. The table is set in reciprocating motion by an eccentric crank gear.
