Maize Germ is the first product that is separated during the wet-milling operations of raw Maize. The operations are process controlled to obtain unbroken Germ practically isolated from its integrated presence in raw-maize. Maize germ is rich in oil is the source of extraction of corn oil. Maize Germs are further packed in to 50 kilo PP bags.

Maize Gluten is obtained during the wet-milling process of raw-Maize. Gluten is the protein content of the Maize-seed. The process is controlled to obtain the Gluten with minimal part of starch, fiber and fat. With over 60 % protein, Maize Gluten finds considerable application in Poultry and specialty animal feeds. Maize gluten is packed in Hessian bags.

Maize Starch Powder from SNS Starch comes from the state of the art facility set up as a Green Field project recently. Utilizing Process Logic control system uniform production parameters is assured. The 12 stage washing system employed helps maintain low protein in starch which in turn gives improved whiteness. Also the SO2 content is maintained at less than 40 ppm and the particle size smaller utilizing advanced grinding techniques. Maize Fibre is one of the by-products obtained during the process of wet milling of Maize. The process is controlled in a manner to retain its nutritional component. The fibre is pulverised further before packing into PP bags. Maize fibre is a valuable in-put material in various cattle feed supplements.
