This shaker is designed to accommodate 7 Nos. of sieves of 8" dia having 5 cm height with lid and receiver. When clamped, sieve table does not rotate but is inclined from vertical axis & in the direction. In addition to the gyrotory motion of the table there is an upward movement of frequency of about 270 vibrations per minute. This ensures that each square inch of the sieve is utilized. The whole gear mechanism runs under oil. The shaker is fitted with fraction H.P. motor. The instrument is suitable to work on 220V AC Supply.
For shaking solution in glass flasks in Research Institutions, Workshops, Chemical & Agriculture Laboratories. It is a compact bench model unit. The heavy platform is fitted with rubber discs to hold Erlen Meyer Flasks from 50 mL to 1000 mL capacity. The platform is mounted on ball bearing crank shafts to give an orbital circular motion to flasks. The diameter of the orbit is approximately 2". The entire assembly is mounted on a rental casing which houses a motor coupled by means of V Belt with pitch pulley. The motor supplied is of standard make. Working on 22O volts, single phase, 50 cycles AC supply.

This model of sieve shaker is hand operated. It is designed to use where electricity is not available. It is operated by cranking to produce rapid, positive, sieve action.

The tapping motion is given by hammer from top. The shaker is fitted with fraction H.P motor. The instrument is suitable to work on 220V AC Supply.
