Cryostat temperature ranges up to -40C which can be set by a highly accurate microprocessor based PID digital temp. Indicator cum controller. This low temperature is obtained by a highly efficient refrigeration unit.
The cryostat microtome also incorporates an inbuilt hot gas time controlled defrosting system. This helps in heating the work area for cleaning purposes. The outer body of the cryostat microtome is made of mild steel duly powder coated. The spacious inner chamber is made of polished stainless steel. Sliding acrylic transparent door is provided.
It is a top opening design for working access to microtome. A lamp with an in built magnifying glass is also provided which switches on automatically whenever door opens to facilitate easy visibility. Microtome hand wheel provided outside the chamber on right hand side for easy operation.
A self contained drainage system ensures that condensate and defrost fluids are collected in a convenient container positioned at the front of the instrument. This allows controlled collection and disposal of potentially contaminated fluids thus reducing the potential emission of pathogens into the laboratory environment. Motorised hand wheel movement is a standard feature with Single/Multiple cut mode.
Four castor wheels fitted at bottom provide easy mobility for use in various locations and for storage when not in use.

The latest designed light weight protective cover is hinged to the base and swings back so that the interior parts will be completely exposed for convenient cleaning, lubrication & setting etc. The feed mechanism is dependent on the vertical movement of the object block. With every complete revolution of the counter balanced drive wheel, the feed pawl engages precisely on to the teeth of the ratchet gear which moves forward and advances the object holder through a cone, inclined plane mechanism in such a precise increments that tissues can be sectioned even in one micron thickness. Well designed features for precise and accurate serial sectioning, with feed setting visible from front, improved locking device and counter balanced wheel. Feed is adjustable from 1 to 50 microns in steps of 1 micron. Free up and down movement of object clamp. Automatic restricted total excursion of 28 mm by disengaging the feed mechanism to prevent jamming.
Ball and flange object clamp provides flexible orientation of object piece. It takes specimen up to 3227 mm on stem of block holders. Knife holder allows for 120 mm on 180 mm long knife. Cutting angle is adjustable through 30 degrees. The fume hood is an important safety device in any laboratory. Fume Hoods are recommended for exhaust from the hood working area, of gases, vapour, toxic particles, odour to improve working environment of people who regularly handle toxic substances. These reduce personal exposures and odour level in the laboratory. These are designed to exhaust toxic or otherwise harmful vapours etc., for protecting laboratory personnel & equipments. A motor-blower exhaust system generates negative pressure within the hood, extracting the contaminated air from the work area and expelling it into the atmosphere and preventing the fumes from escaping into the room. Construction
The main body of the fume hood is made of Mild Steel. The working table top is of stainless steel sheet. A small S.S. Sink, water tap and connections for inlet and outlet of water are a standard feature. A sliding door made of acrylic, moves vertically up/down with counter balanced weight operated by steel rope. The unit is fitted with fluorescent light & a gas cock for gas/air supply. Two/Three drawers & storage compartments are provided under the working table. The front facing panel is fitted with 15/5 Amp. socket with switches for exhaust system and fluorescent tubes.
Motor & Blower Assembly
An exhaust centrifugal fan of 0.75 HP, 1440 RPM (Crompton) is installed at the top to throw out the toxic fumes.

Construction
Robust Construction. Outer cabinet is made of M.S. Sheet, duly powder coated. Inner chamber is made of high polished stainless steel/aluminium. Temperature Control
The temp. of the incubator is controlled by a PID digital temperature controller cum indicator, range from 5C to 60C 0.5C. Hermetically sealed, high performance compressor works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature. Heating elements are placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body. Evaporator coils also lie in the air circulation path. A forced air type circulation is kept inside the chamber with the help of fans to keep uniform temp. throughout the inner chamber. Control Panel
All controls and circuitry are housed at the top of the incubator and therefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, heating and cooling are fitted. Temperature setting keys allow the user to set any desired temp.

An L-shaped prismatic glass Thermometer is fitted on top of the Incubator for reading the chamber temperature.

Working Principal
As soon as the machine is put on the water is heated by water heater and the generated steam comes out through perforation on bottom of inner chamber and is sucked by air circulating fan through perforated egg trays. This air the recirculated and temperature is maintained in the chamber.

A speed regulator linked to DC motor controls the speed from 2 to 20 RPM. The digital speed indicator indicates the actual speed.

Jindal high precision water bath is a table top model with double walled construction is ideally suited for experiments or research work requiring very precisely controlled temperature with an accuracy of 0.1C of digital temp. Controller.
The inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel sheet & is 100% leak proof and the welding itself is ground properly to give a smooth inside working surface. The outer wall consists of thick mild steel sheet which is duly powder coated. Illumination
Provision from 10, 000Lux to 50, 000Lux illumination is done with a mixture of incandescent lamp and fluorescent light to give effect of day light.
Air Circulation

JINDAL CO2Incubator provides perfectly stabilized and sterilized environment for Cell Culture and study of temperature / CO2on human tissues. The incubator incorporates SS 304 Construction interior surfaces with rounded corners to eliminate contamination sources, mitigate the effects of airborne contaminants introduced through normal use and provides high degree of Germicidal protection. Four stainless steel height adjustable & removable shelves are provided with removable humidity reservoir to provide humidity up to 95%RH. The chamber consists of a 25mm access port for calibration & other uses. The outside body is made of Steel sheet duly powder coated for rust free performance. The complete incubator is mounted on castors for easy movement. The CO2incubator has a double door design. The front door is duly insulated fitted with heavy hinges with mechanical latch & key. The inner glass door has separate airtight doors to prevent condensation. The inner glass door consists of mechanical latch to provide perfect seal against the silicone gasket. The user can view the specimens inside without disturbing the vital conditions. Independent door heater prevents condensation. Jindal's CO2Incubator uses six sided Direct Heat steam jacket fan-less gentle convection Heating System which surrounds the inner chamber walls. This technique achieves accurate, uniform and highly responsive temperature control within the chamber with no overshoot. This eliminates vibration & reduces sample evaporation.

JINDAL floor model incubator shakers are designed for day-to-day laboratory routine work. Construction: The external body of the incubator is made of galvanized steel sheet with baked on finish having powder coating & the internal chamber is made of high-grade polished corrosion resistant double pane insulated stainless steel. The chamber is insulated with high density Polyurethane insulation to prevent thermal losses. The complete shaker is mounted on a heavy angle frame structure on all the sides & consists of castor wheels cum jack system for easy movement. A front opening door with glass window facilitates the inspection of samples without disturbing the temperature. The door consists of attachable light shielding plate for safety. The unit is provided with 02 Nos. removable stainless steel shelves. Forced air circulation inside ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber.
The shaker consists of triple eccentric drive mechanism with 25mm stroke displacement. A brushless induction motor along with a feed back signal provides accurate speed.
Heating is done by finned heaters (250 Watts) & are placed in the air flow duct.
The temperature range is from Ambient +5DegC to 80DegC controlled by a digital microprocessor temperature indicator cum controller within an accuracy & stability of 0.5DegC. The heaters linked to the microprocessor run on the PID function. The temperature can be set in the inc./dec. of 0.1DegC. The shaking speed can be adjusted from 10 to 400RPM 1RPM within increments of 1rpm & is controlled by the precise microprocessor controller. A bright digital LCD 7 multicolor touch screen displays & monitors all the set parameters including temperature, Speed & time (1min to 999hr). The operator can program multistep programming (4steps) in each program. Built in self-diagnostic system along with over & under voltage protection system switches off the system in case of fault. Built in automatic shaking speed adjustment in case of unbalanced load/vibrations/ shocks.
Independent alarm system (audio-visual) warns if the temperature deviates 1DegC (adjustable) from the set point & speed varies 2 rpm from the set speed (or even in stalled platform). An audio-visual alarm at the end of digital timing cycle is an added advantage. Bright LCD displays temperature, time & shaking speed digitally simultaneously on the same screen. The microprocessor controller is designed to retain parameters during power failure & restarts the unit automatically. Built in independent over temperature protection & cut off system. Built in data logging can be done with on board USB port by using a pen drive & the complete system can be remotely operated through a computer by using on board Ethernet port. An internal fluorescent light provides better visibility of samples. The chamber also consists of a built in rust free power socket for efficient operation.
The 100 Ltr capacity chamber consists of 18X18 universal platform to hold various spring based clamps. The platforms can be interchanged easily as per the operators requirement.
The shaker also has a static incubation shelf facility for incubation of petri plates apart from the shaking & is provided with 2 shelves. Stainless steel clamps to hold various flask sizes 50mL, 100mL, 250mL, 500mL, 1Ltr. are provided along with the machine.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220V Single Phase AC Supply with over current protection system.
