Spun Polyester is made by spinning 100% polyester fibres into yarns. They are taken and made into thread which consists of 2 or 3 ply constructions.

We have special solutions for edge finishes that have to be particularly soft, these are especially finished, textured sewing threads, which are also called bulked threads.
It is made of premier quality, long staple, highly mercerized, 100% Egyptian cotton thread. It combines a high tenacity polyester filament core with a natural cotton cover. The filament core offers excellent strength and durability, while the long staple wrap protects the core from the needle heat.
