AASTHAs Humidifier is used to increase humidity in the dry areas with high capacity evaporation, effective mist dispersal, completely self-contained, automatically controlled, water atomizer, air distributor designed for minimum maintenance and very low operating cost. Generally used in Textile, Tea, Tobacco, Cashew nut, Agriculture, Paper, Food, Steel plants, Chemical fertilizer, Sugar and other Industries.
SPECIFICATION
Unit has both ventilation fan and atomizing unit run by a HP motor, usually good for 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles, A.C. supply Water evaporating up to 9 to 10 American gallons of water per hour. The Unit is generally supplied with enclosed type motor.
Centrifugal Blower is the equipment which sucks the air axially and throw tangentially in desired direction.
Centrifugal Blowers are available in mild steel, stainless steel, FRP/Aluminum withdesired Painting/coating as per process requirement, with statically and dynamically balanced impeller to achieve low noise and vibration.
Centrifugal Blowers are available in Various Type of Drive arrangement and discharge orientation
Arrangement A- Direct drive (Impeller mounted on Motor shaft Available for limited size and air quantity.
Arrangement B- Belt drive (Impeller mounted on shaft and supported by two bearings on one side mounted on the pedestal, Available for every size and air quantity.

We provide central heating system complete with centrifugal blower, heating source ( i.e Electrical /Gas/Hot water/steam/ thermic fluid) through Ducting & grill network or duct heaters.
Evaporative cooling is a method of converting hot air into a cool breeze using the process of evaporating water.Evaporative Cooling Machines utilize the natural process of water evaporation along with an air-moving system to create effective cooling. Outside Ambient air is pulled through filters and it passes through the Cellulose Pads then it cools the air through water evaporation. A blower impeller circulates the cooled air throughout a department, Industrial Shed, Hall etc. by a suitable Ducting and grill network.It is an adiabatic process and works on the principal of heat conversion (sensible to latent.) Evaporative air cooling removes no BTU's from the air as with mechanical refrigeration, it simply converts the heat in the air stream into a form we cannot feel. Heat from the Incoming air passing through a wet media is used to evaporate thewater lowering the "dry bulb" temperature.
The performance of Evaporative System deteriorates as the humidity level increases inatmosphere. Consequently, Evaporative Systems are not suitable for the humid andcoastal regions. These systems are generally suitable for dry areas. The effectivenessof this system will be reduced during rainy seasons. At this time this system can beused as a Fresh Air Ventilation system without using water pump.

Wet Scrubbers are used in chemical process andhazardous fumes. Available type of Scrubbers: For only fumes straight inlet packed type wet scrubber is used where spray take place by re circulation of the existing water followed by the make up water. Mist eliminator is used on the top section of the scrubber to avoid carry over of the water in the atmosphere.
For fumes with fine dust/powder, ventury type inlet wet scrubber is considered where the fine dust/ powder get mixed due to high velocity and pressure. Spray system is also considered by re circulation of the existing water followed by the make up water. Mist eliminator is used on the top section of the scrubber to avoid carry over of the water in the atmosphere.
For fumes with heavy and huge amount of dust/powder, ventury type inlet wet scrubber is considered where the dust/ powder get mixed due to high velocity and pressure .Spray system is also considered by re circulation of the water from other reservoir since existing water cannot be re-circulated due to slurry formation, while over flow water can be used to the other reservoir for re circulation. Mist eliminator is used on the top section of the scrubber to avoid carry over of the water in the atmosphere.
For fumes with heavy and huge amount of dust/powder, straight inlet wet scrubber is also considered static water reservoir, where the fumes with dust get in contact with water reservoir and dust particle are settled under the reservoir as slurry and fumes without dust get exhausted via M.S water eliminator.
This type of fans is available only in direct drive arrangement and used in handling hot, hazardous and corrosive air/fumes.
This is a distinguished Axial Flow Fan in which the motor is bifurcated from the hot, hazardous and corrosive nature of air.

We are Manufacturing dust collectors for all types of dust/ powder in three type of shakingarrangement.
1. Manual Shaking type.2. Mechanical Shaking type.3. Reverse Pulse Jet type.
All type of dust collectors are having filter bag and the Bag is selected/designed as per the quality and properties of the dust/powder to collected/separated.
In manual shaking type dust collector the Bag is cleaned manually by lever arrangement.
In manual Mechanical type dust collector the Bag is cleaned by motor and cam arrangement.
In manual Pulse jet type dust collector the Bag is cleaned by reverse pulsing of air at high pressure. The compressed air should be absolutely free from moisture and oil to avoid any dampness on the filter fabric.
In each case the dust shall be drawn into the bag house by the centrifugal blower and fine dust shall be filtered on the inside or outside of the filter bag, thereby relatively clean air shall be let into the atmosphere.
Apart form manufacturing the fans for various applications, AASTHA markets the Cellulose Pad, made by various companies in India as well as abroad like Hutek Thailand, Munters Sweden/ Italy and Glacier America The Evaporative Cooling Pad, made of cellulose paper is engineered from cross-sectional, specially treated flute media capable of absorbing and retaining water to provide the maximum cooling efficiencies. The cellulose media is treated with stiffening and wetting agents to provide the cooling without any water carryover. The pads are designed for tropical and subtropical countries, ensures greatest performance during summer seasons. The Pad media is treated with anti-rot and rigidifying resins.The media is cross-corrugated to maximize the mixing of air and water. Saturation efficiency ranging from 50 to 98%, can be achieved depending upon air velocity and depth of the cooling pad. Air flows horizontally, while the re-circulating water flows vertically, through the pad. The water is collected at bottom of the pad and is re-circulated , again by a pump through the unique gutter system made of G. I. Sheet.
