Details :Compounding and granulating machine is a state of art technology in either of following form:

•    Two stages compounding the including die face cutting, pallet cooling and pallet conveying

Compounding Extruder :The extruder is a study machine in which the gear unit is provided with helical gears that are case harciened and grounded, thus, ensuring uniform power transmission and low noise operation. The axial thrust of the screw is absorbed by a self aligning thrust roller bearing rated for high thrust load and a long service life. The bearing arranged in separate housing being flagged to gear box unit.

Extrusion Process :For faultless and uniform distribution of plastified material in the screw geometry, the die inlet and die bore are optimized from the Reheological point of view, so that there cannot occur any thermic damage of product in the region. The design is based on the concept of a very low velocity of extrusion through each hole, in order to have low head pressure. This means a thin pellet plate, which also keeps the pressures low. The low pressure in the head allows better control of the polymer's temperature.

Cutting Process :The blades are placed on blade holders in the combination of 2 and 4, which can be positioned individually towards the die plate via adjusting bolts. The adaption of the granulator length is effected via stepless adjustable A.C. drive, which is directly coupled to blade holder. The blades are made of high tensile and wear resistance steel ensuring long service life.

Cooling & Conveying :For collecting the granules, the cutting system is attached with the pneumatic conveying system which conveys the granules to the granule cooler. The hot granules are cooled by air and the cooling intensity can be controlled by controlling the Airflow. Afterwards it is flown to vibrating chutes where the flow of air swirls around the granules and the final output is than poured into the open tub or directly into sacks.

Technical Specification :

Auto coiler for building wires of required length in coil form on given former of Dimension as per the customer. The machine produces @2.5 coils per minute of 90 meter for 1.5 sqmm. Length gripped and carried away by lever and ready for band strapping and shrink packing. • LENGTH COUNTER- A set of counter roller lower steel and upper lined with replaceable rubber strip pressed by spring are provided for slip less rotation by wire .Proximity sensor pulses are fed to a high sped digital couner with decimal setting for better accuracy of coil length.
• WIRE FEDING-Wire from length counter passes through wire gripper and telescopic guide tube mounted on trolley moving to and fro by air cylinder in guide bars. Exit end of tube supported on traverse rod for up/down movement across the coil. Exit end of tube is provided with changeable hardened wire guide bushes.
• COIL WINDING-Coil pharmaas per required 10 and with can be fixed to up/ down moving shaft fitted in bearing and connected to air cylinder. Lower common disc of pharma driven by 3hp AC motor 1440 rpm, 415 vac, -. Air operated caliper break fitted to coiler shaft for quick stopping. Motor fitted below the platform will be more convenient for removal and maintenance. Wire cutter fixed before coil pharma, operated by air cylinder from either side. Wire cutter has been covered on either side with a bolted cover having small opening for the telescopic tubeto pass.
• Traverse system- Quick reversible Pneumatic system. Reverse / forwarded by proximity sensor and some relays logic.
