LUBOMATIC centralised motorised lubrication system consists of highly efficient positive displacement pump driven by FHP motor, relief valve, pressure switch, pressure gauge, float switch & level gauge. These are offered in various different models. To safeguard the system from overloading a relief valve is provided in the line. By adjusting the relief valve the line pressure can be set to the required value. The line pressure can be read on the pressure gauge provided on the unit. The lubrication unit is designed for intermittent operations. The frequency of operation of the pump is controlled through the electronic controller. If there is any fault in the system like choking of filter, low oil level, leakage and motor or pump failure the lubricating point wont be lubricated. A pressure switch is provided to indicate such a situation. The switch is operated by oil pressure. In case due to some fault the pressure doesnt exceed the preset pressure the switch will not be operated and there will be an indication on the panel of electronic controller. To sense the oil level condition in the tank a float switch is provided. It gives an indication when the level of oil in the tank drops below the safe level. Each time when the unit is switched on the metering cartridge discharge the predetermined quantity of lubricating oil at the lubricating point. The Motorised Unit with high performance controller. Which automatically controls and monitors the working of the lubricating pump. The unit facilitates precise control over the frequency of the oil dosages and also monitors the oil level. In case of low oil level in the reservoir , unit stops automatically with an indication on the panel.

In this system the pump is operated pneumatically and the sensing of the parts to be lubricated is by proximity switch. The mist ejecteors / nozzles are so arranged / fixed that when the proximity switch sense the point on the conveyor, the pump is operated and instantly the nozzles eject atomised air oil mist exactly on the conveyors points to be lubricated. This goes on repeating. When the oil level in the reservoir goes down to critical level it is sensed by float switch & alarm is indicated on the pannel.The quantity of oil required can be controlled precisely & only required volumes of oil is delivered to the conveyor components. There is no wastage & dripping of oil.

Centralised Lubrication systems by using progressive distributor block is a self monitoring and reliable method against severe operating conditions. The Oil / Grease is metered and uniform irrespective of piping lengths. The progressive block consists of plunger moving to and fro in precision bore. The movement of the piston is governed by the oil flow. The lubrication point gets dosages of oil / grease in progressive manner. Indicator pin moves forward and backward after completion of one cycle. Any failure in the system can be sensed with the help of proximity switch.
The safety switch is either electrically connected in the series with the main motor starter or to a buzzer or Lub fault signal can be obtained and damages to the machine can be avoided by taking corrective action The system can be used as intermittent as well as continuous lubricating system by connecting return line to the reservoir.
The standard (One Piece) progressive blocks are available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16 outlets. Special combined blocks are made available in 14, 16, 18, 22 &24 outlets. The modular type progressive blocks is assembly of number of blocks. They are in two sizes 60 x 80 called Primary / Master Block second is 45 x 55 size called secondary progressive blocks. For each progressive block there is an indicator pin which operates once after completion of a cycle. And it helps to pin point from which block the oil supply has failed. The system can be restarted after taking corrective action.
The system consists of reciprocating plunger pumps driven by an electric motor through reduction gear arrangement built into the pump. Considering the continuous Operation of system all the components are manufactured to very close tolerance & a special grade material is used to ensure consistent performance. The working principal of the pump is very simple and performs non-stop with very high delivery pressure. Grease reservoir having 50 Kg. Capacity, with follower plate. The pump it is connected to change over valve which has one inlet & two outlets and one return line connection to tank. The outlets of the change over valve are the outlets of the Lubricating system. The pipe of bigger diameter are used to avoid the blocking of the grease.

Metering Cartridges precisely control the quantity of lubricating Oil going to the lubrication point. These are suitable for intermittent operation. They operate on the principal of a positive displacement piston pump. The design is such that each time the pump is put on they discharge fixed predetermined quantity of oil. The pressure relief valve allows the oil pressure in the system to drop to around 1 Kg/cm2 each times the pump is put off. This allows the piston in the cartridges to retract. Thus charging the cartridges for the next dosage. During the next ON time the oil pressure in the line forces the piston thus discharging the previously charged oil. A minimum pressure of around 8 Kg/cm2 is required for operating the piston in the metering cartridge. A metering cartridge should cater to only one lubricating point. Cartridge can be selected from the following sizes :
Pneumatic Grease And Oil PumpThe Lubomatic Pneumatic Grease / Oil Pump is a piston type pump, which is used for automatic lubrication with the help of pneumatic power. The pump offers an advantage, wherein the operation can be controlled in both modes, electrically or manually. These are technically accurate pumps tested on real time performance post manufacturing. The pumps are quality assessed and approved prior before being dispatched for market.

These are pneumatically operated pumps. During reverse stroke grease / oil is sucked and during forward stroke grease / oil is discharged. The operation can be controlled electrically or manually. The discharge can be adjusted as per the requirement.

The Lubomatic hand pump for grease and oil has spring return piston type construct and is best for manual lubrication of light machines. The construction is very simple and is of spring return piston type.
