LUBOMATIC centralised motorised lubrication system consists of highly efficient positive  displacement pump driven by FHP motor, relief valve, pressure switch, pressure gauge, float switch & level gauge. These are offered in various different models. To safeguard the system from overloading a relief valve is provided in the line. By adjusting the relief valve the line pressure can be set to the required value. The line pressure can be read on the pressure gauge provided on the unit. The lubrication unit is designed for intermittent operations. The frequency of operation of the pump is controlled through the electronic controller. If there is any fault in the system like choking of filter, low oil level, leakage and motor or pump failure the lubricating point won’t be lubricated. A pressure switch  is provided to indicate such a situation. The switch is operated by oil pressure. In case due to some fault the pressure doesn’t exceed the preset pressure the switch will not be operated and there will be an indication on the panel of electronic controller. To sense the oil level condition in the tank a float switch is provided. It gives an indication when the level of oil in the tank drops below the safe level. Each time when the unit is switched on the metering cartridge discharge the predetermined quantity of lubricating oil at the lubricating point. The Motorised Unit with high performance controller. Which automatically controls and monitors the working of the lubricating pump. The unit facilitates precise control over the frequency of the oil dosages and also monitors the oil level. In case of low oil level in the reservoir , unit stops automatically with an indication on the panel.

SKEY PRODUCTS manufacturers LUBOMATIC Multipoint Lubrication System which is used to give metered discharge of lubricant, grease or oil from the outlet ports. The discharge from the pump element is adjustable with the help of adjusting screw. Multipoint Lubrication System consists of number of individual pumping element assemblies screwed into the housing. An eccentric cam in the gearbox actuates these pump element assemblies. This gearbox is driven by an electric motor. Dead weight piston with rubber seal is provided inside the reservoir, which continuously presses the grease downward during rotation of cam. The grease is pressed toward the suction of pumping element and when the plunger is actuated by the cam, the grease is ejected from the outlet. The discharge quantity is adjustable by setting screw. Multipoint lubricators are suitable for delivering grease or oil under pressure to number of different bearing points of a machine. Also best suitable for Sugar machineries, Crushers, Rolling Mills, Forging Hammers, Pressure die casting machines, Bearings of water pump and other heavy-duty engineering machines.

We offer Lubomatic mist lubrication system that helps to change the oil into small atomized droplets, known as Oil-Mist, in smooth air. This mist assists us in forming a thin oil film around the lubricated area. Offered with the reservoir capacity of 1.5 liters to 20 liters, our Lubomatic mist lubrication system includes special mixing chambers, pneumatic pumping system and nozzles. Mist Cool System: A fine spray is formed when air and liquid (air & coolant) flows out from the mist cool chamber. Further the spray cools and lubricates the tap & drill and removes the burr on the tap & drill & tools, when moved to tap or drill. This helps us in improving the durability of the tools (drill & tap), reducing the downtime and increasing the efficiency Connect the Air inlet line with air supply line & open the cock. Insert the two pin plug in the proper electric supply power – 220 VAC / 24 VDC Fill the oil in the reservoir Hold the outlet pipe for some time till you see the oil mist is seen from the outlet of the nozzle. Increase or decrease the air flow by air flow control valve and also set oil flow by oil flow control valve till you get proper air oil mist. Spray the mist on the parts you have to lubricate.

In this system minimum quantity of oil is pushed by air in a narrow spiral tube and the tube is connected to the part of machine to be lubricated.
