We are offering whizzar type classifiers. these classifiers are dynamic classifiers, has a rotating whizzar blades to disperse particles with a small axial selection turbine. Air circulation is ensured by a centrifugal rotor which is placed in the upper part.
We are offering singhasini ribbon blenders are excellent blendes for homogenous mixing of powders and are fabricated from m.s sheet formed in a u shaped trough. The main shaft consists of helical ribbons designed for better homogeneous blending. This is run by gear box of worm wheel type, driven by electrical motor with chain & sprocket arrangement or by geared motor. The main shaft is supported on a pair of heavy duty rollar/ball bearings, housed in a dust proof casing.
We are offering cyclone seperators. the design of these seperators depends upon the air flow of dust laden gases. The use of single or batteries of cyclone depends on the specific requirements on separation of dust from air.
