Our trust with glass started five generations ago when Janab Sheikh Mohammad Ali started trading in glass under the banner of ‘Mohammad Ali & Sons’ at Varanasi which flourished with time and expanded considerably. Presently the group’s vast sales and distribution network extends over 5 states viz. Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Delhi. Although glass has been our forte since the beginning, we have diversified into other businesses as well. Apart from glass we also trade in plywood, hard board, aluminum extrusion etc.
Real estate and construction is an area the group has made a significant contribution under the banner ‘SAS Hotels and Properties Pvt. Ltd.’ Residential Apartments, Malls and Corporate Office Complexes under our banner ‘Shalimar’ the skyline of Lucknow. A large number of projects both residential and commercial are under construction.

FORAY IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

To cater to the burgeoning requirement of various type of glass by the construction industry, we have established a modern processing and toughening plant and industrial estate on Deva Road in Lucknow on a 2.5 acre area. Glass required for structural needs, for sound and temperature insulation, and for the glazing of buildings will be processed in this plant.
Latest and high performance modern machines, specially imported from China, Italy and Austria have been installed to ensure quality products.
