Oven means more space & easy changing of columns, option of detectors- tcd, fid, ecd, npd, fpd, etc. operation option of packed capillary column. Standard features include auto cooling, remote ignition, 15 temperature ramps to tackle any complex sample, storage of 15 methods for instant recall, temperature accuracy of + 0.1 deg c for oven, injector, detector. Operation from ambient to 4000 c for oven, injector & detector with control accuracy of + 0.1 deg c option of auto gas liquid sampling valves, protection against over temperature for oven, injector & detector and optional protection for operation against absence of carrier gas.

We are offering Gas Chromatograph with Head Space. Designed primarily for use with Sigma make Automated GC Model 606. It can be connected to any make GC with proper attachment. The features includes 6 vials of 20ml capacity, temperature controller having range from ambient to 200 Deg C with accuracy of + 0.1 Deg C to heat vial block, gas sampling valve, sample loop & samples transfer line. Sequences of Head space sampler like pressurizing, depressurizing samples injection & flushing are done through time event relay provided in GC.

This is a stand alone unit. Has high quality S.S. double walled construction using imported glass wool which provides stable temperature in oven. Permits conditioning of two columns at a time. The unit is provided with inlet & outlet gas lines with flow rates adjustable through needle valves. A temperature controller and pressure gauge are provided. The GC can thus work without interruption while the column gets conditioned separately.

We are offering gas purification panel. The gases used in the gc have to be pure and free from oxygen, hydrocarbons and moisture as they are harmful to gc. The hydrocarbons present may give baseline noise and irreproducible results. Moisture and oxygen can strip phase, cause excessive bleed thus damaging the gc column or shorten its span. To remove this, different traps are used. A complete unit consisting of various purifiers and gas control & distribution panel can be seen here. The panels may house a moisture trap or an oxygen trap or a hydrocarbon trap or any or all of them for the gas lines.

The generator produces Nitrogen and Zero Air of GC grade purity sufficient for use with up to 2 GCs. It employs pressure swing adsorption technology to produce continuous supply of high purity gas. An oil free air compressor delivers filtered compressed air to a bed of Carbon Molecular Sieve and activated alumina. The adsorbent bed alternates between purification and regeneration mode. Oxygen, moisture and other contaminants are removed to deliver pure, dry Nitrogen gas for use. Additionally the compressed air is delivered to a bed of molecular sieve & activated alumina to remove water vapor, hydrocarbons and other impurities.

Additionally, gas control and distribution panel are also provided so that one can control the gas flow in the laboratory itself rather than go the cylinder room. The distribution panel includes ON/OFF valves, pressure gauges, pressure regulator for any or all channel depending upon selection. Different types of combinations are possible.

Has been primarily developed for use in catalysis R & D labs and chemical engineering pilot plants. Each furnace has a height of 6 inches and outer diameter of 5 inches. The inner dia can be , 1/2, 1 or 1 inches. The furnace weighs about four kilograms. The inner tube is constructed of metal block of special alloy having high Thermal Conductivity which ensures high heat transfer rates allowing good temperature control. The construction is split-open type. It can be electrically heated upto550 Deg. C.For higher temperature, such furnaces can be specially constructed.
