Bearings

Our Complete range of products are Deep Grove Ball Bearings, Angular Contact Bearings, Tapered Roller Bearings, Cylindrical Roller Bearings and Spherical Roller Bearings.

Deep Grove Ball Bearings

The Single Row radial ball bearing has a single row of balls and can take pure radial, loads within its load capacity. It is widely used because it can operate at very high speeds due to its low torque and is cost-effective at an economical price.

Angular Contact Bearings

The Single Row Angular Contact ball bearings have higher axial load capacity than the Single Row Radial ball bearings.

The bearings can carry axial load in one direction only and are to adjusted against another bearing, if axial load is coming from both the directions. Each bearing can be located endwise in one direction only.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Taper roller bearings can take both axial and radial loads. The axial load carrying capacity of the bearings is largely determined by the contact angle . If the contact angle is larger, then the axial load carrying capacity is higher and vice versa.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings use rollers as rolling elements, and therefore have a higher load capacity in comparison to same dimension ball bearing. The rollers are guided by the ribs of the inner or outer ring. The inner and outer rings can be separated to facilitate assembly, and both can be fit with shaft or housing tightly. If there are no ribs, either the inner or the outer ring can move freely in the axial direction.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning bearings designed for heavy radial loading. The rollers are barrel shaped. These bearings automatically compensate for large angular errors commonly called shaft misalignments. They are usually of double row design, both the rows of the rollers having common spherical raceways in the outer ring.

Cartridge Tapered Roller Bearings

Cartridge Taper roller bearings with technology from Brenco, USA, have the outstanding property of requiring no field lubrication. They are mainly used in various wagons like BOXN, BCN, BTPN, etc. designed by the Indian Railways. For fitment to these Wagons designed by the RDSO, NBC is the only manufacturer in India to indigenize these bearings under collaboration with BRENCO.

Skf Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, a common sphered outer ring raceway and two inner ring raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis. The centre point of the sphere in the outer ring raceway is at the bearing axis.

Track Runner Bearings

Track runner bearings are designed to run on all types of tracks and to be used in cam drives, conveyor systems, etc. These bearings have a thick-walled outer ring, which enables them to accommodate high radial loads, while reducing distortion and bending stresses.

Energy Efficient Bearings

Low friction and high performanceSKF Energy Efficient (E2) bearings SKF Energy Efficient breakthrough is a new family of performance class bearings that have been specially engineered and manufactured to reduce frictional moment by 30% or more beyond the already efficient SKF standard bearings. Reductions can be even more dramatic compared to other manufacturers bearings.

Self-aligning Ball Bearings

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls and a common sphered raceway in the outer ring. The bearings are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing.

Carb Toroidal Roller Bearings

CARB toroidal roller bearings combine the self-aligning capability of spherical roller bearings with the axial displacement ability of cylindrical roller bearings. CARB bearings can also have the compact cross section and high load carrying capacity normally associated with needle roller bearings.
