Billet Feeders grabs and feeds cold billets into the induction heaters. Billet Feeders maintain zero gaps between two consecutive billets. Billet Feeders also help to push out red hot billets from induction heater. Generally, they are used for small and medium size billets. They are to be installed at inlet end of the induction heater. Billet Feeders maintain the cycle time of forging line.
