Recipe :POTATO, PEAS & PANNER : Cut 200 g Panner into 1 cm, fry them in ghee/oil till golden, Separately saute 2 chopped onion til golden in half cup ghee/oil. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and

Recipe :Soak 100 gms pigeon peas (toovar dal/ Arhar dal) for 30 mints. Boil it with pieces of drumstick brinjal, pumkin and onions. Add 2 tbsp of thick tamarind juice, SHYAM CHILLI POWDER & salt. Add 1 heaped tbsp of SHYAM SAMBHAR MASALA.


Baghar / Tadka: Heat 2 tsp of Oil, Add 1 red chilli, 1/4 tap fenugreek, 1/2 tsp mustard, 2 springs Curry leaves, A pinch of asafetida.Add the Baghar/Tadka to the above mixture. Boil for2 mins.

Recipe :Boil 4 large potatoes, 1/2 cup peas & 1/2 cup chopped carrots. On a flat pan heat 50 g butter/ghee and fry 2 chopped onions. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 4 tsp. SHYAM Pav Bhaji Masala and salt to taste. Add mashed potatoes, boiled vegetable and stir. Add little water and mix well. Slit buns, apply butter on the inner side and roast. Serve together.

Ingredients :Chikan Masala

*Recipe :Grind the green chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, pepper corns, red chilly powder, onions with the salt and the vinegar.

* Apply over the chicken and marinate for 1 hour.

* Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken and fry for 2 minutes.

* Add a little water and cook the chicken till it is done and the oil oats on top.

* Serve hot garnished with the chopped coriander leaves.
