These castings have been aged properly and are stress relieved by way of vibratory stress relieving equipments. This is done to cater to the seasonal effects on the castings. The rotary surface ensures smooth, vibration free rotary movements for superior job finishes. There is a hand pump that provides lubrication to every part of the machine. Based in Gujarat, India our grinder is equipped with special spindles that are duly assembled with high quality low vibration motors. as well as fitted with very high quality imported bearings which are greased packed for life, providing a very precise grinding action for best surface finishes as well as best flatness for jobs.

  • Coolant equipment is a standard feature for all the rotary grinders
  • Made of high quality graded castings, which are properly aged and stress relieved using vibratory stress relieving equipments, for taking care of any seasonal effects on castings. Thus enhancing the life of machines.
  • The rotary table is precisely mounted parallel with the vertical spindle for maximum removal of material accurately.
  • This machine tool is available with vertical grinding head and round eletro-magnetic work bench using emery wheel tile end face to grind the planes of work pieces.
  • The grinding head spindle is equipped with high precision bearings, with big power and excellent rigidity.
  • The magnetic force of sucking disc is smooth and adjustable and can be demagnetized automatically. By electromagnetic chuck
