The DS1 is ideally suited for many paper and nonwoven applications. Built upon the success of themodel 840, it features a special tension control technique for clean cutting of various paper and nonwoven materials including gummed tape.
Expanding on the successfulmodel 700, the DC3 continues to offer a slitter with integral unwind for space saving functionality.
Designed for narrow web applications the DC1 evolved from the originalmodel 633.
Dusenbery Simplex Slitter Rewinder with integral unwind used for penetaring the liner on laminate material. The web is then rewound on a locked core lift out mandrel and unloaded for further processing. A 90 degree splice table is provided in close proximity to the Unwind to ease threading and shorten downtime between cycles.
