The Equipment is designed for blanching previously roasted treated peanuts by a set of regulated speed abrasive friction rolls. The Whole-Nut-Blancher performs a thorough blanching job on all peanuts of varying sizes either graded or ungraded as to size and types. Its dual head gives high capacity of production 250kgs to 300kgs per hour. Operation of the machine is easy safe and low cost. There are two AC Variable Drives to

control the speed of both blanching head individually for gentle blanching. The Whole Nut-Blancher runs with minimum maintenance so it returns maximum production time. The design of machine is compact and can be directly attached to sorting machine or picking table or conveyor to decrease installation space.
