bushings. Our Bearings are manufactured by centrifugal casting method. This enable us to

manufacture Thick Wall Bearings & Bushings. We manufacture Bi-metal & Tri-metal

Bearings up to 300 MM Dia & White Metal (Babbitt Metal) Bearings Up to 350 MM Dia.

Valve Guide

Valve guides are used to shoulder the side forces operating on the valve stem.

The key characteristics of material used for valve guides are low friction and high

thermal conductivity. We are capable of manufacturing Engine Valve Guide, usually

made from graded grey cast iron.

Inlet / Exhaust Valve Seat

Valve Seats are super alloyed cylindrical parts with high resistance to heat, wear & tear.

They are manufactured with the necessary tolerance and high-quality levels to allow

installation directly into the cylinder head guide bore without any additional work.

Mechanical properties and strength of the inserts are very high and are usually made

in two types: inlet & exhaust.
