Shri Krishna Disintegratorsare well designed hammer mills of simple and sturdy construction.They are ideally suited where coarse grinding of soft and medium hard minerals products is required. The main shaft is the only revolving parts, which require no adjustment. This main shaft runs on Ball/Roller bearings and it contains fix/swing type hammers. The fineness of the finished products is controlled by the replaceable screens fitted on the lower of the disintegrator body. The screens of desire mesh can be easily changed. All portions of the body where wear and abrasion is expected are lined with replaceable hard alloy liners. The screen is adjustable.

The grinding (disintegration) is achieved by the impact of hammers against the liner fitted in the body; and the fine products passes through the screens of desired fineness.

Beaters

The beaters are of steel alloy forged and heat treated. Their tips are coated with hard alloy.

Screens

There are two kinds of screens
(1) Steel Screens:having steel bars welded in steel frame for heavy work.
(2) Perforated steel Plate screens:held in M.S. iron frame suitable to fibrous materials and light work.

Selection of Machine

It should be noted that for finer and of average heavy work, the medium Size disintegrator is more suitable. The larger sizes are more suitable for coarse grinding.

It is better to install coarse screen and shift in rotary shifter afterwards (if necessary) to separate fine mesh powder. Extremely fine screens. If used, continuously, restrict the out put, hence they should be avoided.

The disintegrator are supplied & fitted with one set of hammers and one pair of screens fitted in the machine.

Shri Krishna Ribbon Cutteris suitable for mixing dry powders & grits of different bulk densities used in the food, mineral, pharmaceutical, paint and chemical industries. It is a simple versatile mixer & grills which can also mix some wet material. Cutters of various designs are available to handle different materials. The mixer consists of a cylindrical shell inside which rotates a double helix shaft fitted with spiral inner and outer Cutters. During rotation of the shaft, the ribbons lift, convey and inter-mix the material to get a homogeneous mass in short intervals.Discharge is from the bottom by a quick opening valve.

Shri Krishna Pin Millis specially designed to deal efficiently and economically with a wide range of materials and can be easily adjusted to give the fineness required from a coarse granulation to finely ground powder.Pin MillGrinding is gradually done from the centre to the periphery of the Rotor, allowing heavy pieces of material to be reduced by stages to the fineness required. Constructional materials and operating components are manufactured out of the best applicable raw materials, so as to yield close particle size for a similar product.

Pin millyields greater output in relation to the Electrical Energy consumed, since the material can be ground is fed automatically in the centre of the Rotor by the Feed Hooper provided with an automatic vibrating tray / rotor feeder & gear box for automatic feed.
