Introduction
Shri Krishna Pulverizer is a swing hammer type grinding chamber lined with suitable lining plates. The machine works on the principle of grinding.
Working
The raw materials to be pulverized are entered in the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and automatic rotary feeder. The crushing chamber comprises of hammers. The hammers work against the lining plates on the feeded raw material and crush it into powdered form.
From the crushing chamber, the material is transferred to the whizzer cone. The whizzer cone is responsible for fine regulation i.e. to check for over-sized particles in the grinding chamber and separate them from the pulverized powder. These over-sized particles are returned back to the crushing chamber for further grinding.
The pulverized and classified powder is sucked by the blower in the grinding chamber via the whizzer cone and finally thrown in the cyclone air separator. The final product is discharged from the cyclone spout for collection and bagging. The required air for the grinding process is sent back to the grinding chamber and excess air is rejected out through the dust collector filter bags. The tubular dust collector bags also hold the dust particles to provide clean final product.

Shri Krishna Pulverizer is made from best quality raw materials at our site. The main body of the grinding chamber and blower are made of heavy duty cast iron. Fabricated foundation is provided with the unit. Every contact part of the main machine is lined with suitable heavy duty lining plates. These lining plates are like a shield to the machine from wear and tear thus increasing the longevity of the machine. The iron nut bolts are provided additionally for wherever required in the machinery. The main shaft runs on Heavy Duty Ball or Roller Bearings.

Introduction
Shri Krishna Disintegrator is a coarse grinding machine lined with suitable lining plates which uses grinding and crushing mechanism through hammers to pulverize the raw material.
Working
The raw material is fed into the grinding chamber of the machine through manual feeding i.e. the rate of feeding is controlled by the person who is feeding the material into the unit.
The main shaft is set in the grinding chamber which runs on ball or roller bearing and is the only revolving part in the machine. A single row of swing type hammers are fixed to the main shaft. These hammers crush the raw material entering the grinding chamber to the desired fineness by the movement against the lining plates. The unit is provided by replaceable screens placed at the bottom of the grinding chamber. This screen is of the desired mesh thereby allowing the pulverized material of uniform consistency to pass through it. This final pulverized product is discharged through the bottom cone for collection and bagging.

Every contact part of the main machine is lined with suitable heavy duty lining plates. These lining plates are like a shield to the machine from wear and tear thus increasing the longevity of the machine. The hammers fitted on the main shaft are coated with hard alloys. The main shaft runs on Heavy Duty Ball or Roller Bearings.
There are two kinds of screens that can be used at the bottom of the grinding chamber:
Steel Screens:This type of screen has steel bars which are welded in the steel frame for heavy work.
Perforated steel Plate screens:This type of screen is held in M.S. iron frame and is punched in the form of patterns. This is used for light work.
*Extremely fine screen should be avoided for better output.

Introduction
Shri Krishna Hammer Mill is a swing cutter type grinding chamber lined with suitable lining plates. The machine works on the principle of grinding and sieving.
Working
The raw material to be grinded is entered in the grinding chamber through a wide feed hopper. This feeding in the machine can be controlled through the adjustable slide. This material reaches the central rotor.
The hammers present in the central rotor crush the feeded material against the lining plates. This is referred as impact grinding. This crushed material is expelled through the screen classifier. The main function of the screen classifier is to pass only the uniform powder and separate the over-sized particles. (This screen can be of different sizes as desired by the user)
This unit is provided with a powerful blower which sucks the screened uniform powder and throws it into the cyclone through the pipe. This blower not only helps in maintaining a cool temperature inside the machine but also helps in cleaning the screens thereby increasing the productivity. The final product is discharged from the cyclone through Bottom Discharge Mouth for collection and bagging.

Introduction
Shri Krishna Ribbon Blender is a horizontal shaft ribbon type mixer for different types of powders. The machine works on the principle of fine blending or mixing of materials by the impact of anti-directional ribbons.
Working
The materials to be thoroughly mixed are put inside the blender through the opening present on the top portion. This unit comprises of two types of ribbons. The outer ribbon moves the materials in one direction while the inner ribbon moves the material in the opposite direction. These ribbons move at high speed in sideways and circular direction. This ensures mixing of the materials in a very short amount of time. The materials move from the center to the sides of the ‘U’ tank and from the sides to the center thereby ensuring homogeneous mixing. Once the materials are thoroughly mixed, the final product is discharged either through central opening or from the side bottom opening.
This unit is used in cases where small amount of chemical is required to be thoroughly mixed with large volume of powdered material.
The discharge height is adjusted in a way that material handling time is nil and discharge the operation is dust free.

Construction
Shri Krishna Ribbon Blender is made from best quality raw materials at our site. The main body of the blender is fabricated from thick M.S. plates and is electrically welded. The unit is provided with one main overflow spout on the side and one discharge outlet on the bottom. The body is fitted with a horizontal shaft having M.S. spiders over which the ribbons are fitted on both sides. The shaft revolves on self-aligning bearings. The driving is provided through the spur gear arrangement. The speed reduction is provided in two stages firstly from the motor to counter shaft by ‘V’ belt pulleys and the other from counter shaft to blender by spur gear. The body is mounted on angle iron frame. The main shaft runs on Heavy Duty Ball or Roller Bearings.

Introduction
Shri Krishna 3 Roller Mill or Triple Roller Mill is a heavy cast iron mill base working on shear force created by three rolls. This unit works on the principle of grinding by the action of rolls.
Working
The raw material to be pulverized is entered into the mill from the feed hopper through automatic roll feeder. The grinding chamber consists of rollers, each of which has ploughs set in front of them. These ploughs move the material between the rollers and the pulverizing ring. As the machine rotates, the roller swings due to centrifugal force and crush the material against the pulverizing ring.
The blower circulates constant air through the mill by a series of ports thereby moving the ground, fine and medium-fine materials into the separating chamber/classifier above the grinding chamber. This allows the rollers to work efficiently. The classifier separates the pulverized and coarse materials also returning the over-sized particles back to the grinding chamber for further grinding.
The pulverized material is thrown to the cyclone collector by the flow of air. Here, the air and the final product are separated and the material is discharged for collection and baggage. The unit is equipped with dust collecting system which separates the dust particles from the final product. These dust particles are held in the tubular dust collector bags. The required clean air is sent back to the blower and excess air is rejected out through the dust collector filter bags.
*A small portion of the material is moved by the rollers each time due to high centrifugal force.

The ploughs are cast out of Manganese Steel while the rollers and the pulverizing ring are cast of Carbon. Whizzer Classifier, Cyclone Collector, Dust Collector and supporting structure are made of Mild Steel Sheet. The iron nut bolts are provided additionally for wherever required in the machinery. The main shaft is driven by an internal gear box.

Introduction
Shri Krishna Jaw Crusher is a compression type crusher comprising of a fixed jaw and a moving jaw in a ‘V’ shaped positioning. The fixed jaw is held to the body of the machine and the moving jaw is held in the jaw stock. The machine works on the principle of compression and crushing.
Working
The large-sized raw materials are placed into the crushing chamber i.e. the cavity between the two jaws. Jaw Crusher’s Flywheel, Toggle Plates, Pitman, Eccentric Shaft and Driving Motor are responsible for generating crushing action and providing to and fro motion to break the raw materials. The moving jaw has maximum movement at the top of the crushing chamber and minimum movement at the discharge point. The material exits the jaw cavity through the opening at the bottom of the crusher. This opening is known as the discharge opening and it allows the user to control the size of the final product by the control lever.
Depending on the jaw movement mechanism, the jaw crusher can be classified as:
Single-toggle Jaw Crusher: In the single toggle jaw crusher, the moving jaw is supported by the bearing on an eccentric shaft and undergoes swing motion towards the fixed jaw due to the action of toggle plate and vertical movement due to the rotation of the eccentric shaft. These two motions ensure the movement at every point on moving jaw in elliptical orbit. Crushing of soft materials is preferred by these types of jaw crushers. This design is more compact as compared to double-toggle type jaw crusher.
Double-toggle Jaw Crusher: In the double toggle jaw crusher, the moving jaw is driven by vertical movement of the pitman. This type of jaw crusher has two toggle plates on either side of pitman thereby acting as the hinge to the shaft. The two toggle plates apply pressure on the material resulting in closing of jaws at down stroke and its opening at up stroke. This makes the material to get crushed into even smaller particles as compared to single toggle type. Crushing of hard and abrasive materials is preferred by these types of jaw crushers. This design has a longer life due to lack of friction force.

Check plates are also provided with this unit which not only protects the body from wear and tear but also hold the fixed jaw in its position. The toggle plates are also made of cast iron.
