Flat Plate Collectors are an integral component of FPC type Water Heating Systems. They are also being supplied as OE parts to many states in India. The collector box has a frame of Extruded Aluminum sections and the Aluminum back sheet is firmly pop riveted to the casing. Proper insulation and a high grade reflector below the absorber panel and use of low iron content glass for glazing enhance the efficiency of the collector.
