Sigma THERM-S is a synthetic organic heat transfer fluid based on Alkylated aromatic.

Application :

• Indirect closed heat transfer systems from - 80^oC to 160^oC in liquid phase without pressurization of system and with proper pressurization up to 300^oC.
• This single fluid is used for challenging requirement of Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemicals and other industries where two different circuits with different fluids are there for cooling and heating purpose. It replaces traditional duel steam & glycol or steam & brine systems.

Gasket Material Compatibility :sigmaTHERM-S has an acceptable compatibility when used within the temperature and pressure limitation of the following polymers or gasketing materials :

Acetal, Aramid Fiber, Chemraz (FFKM), Epoxy, Fluorocarbon (FILM), Fluoroelastomer, Glass Fiber, Gylon Style 3500, 3504 & 3510, Kalrez, PEEK, Polytetrafluoro-ethylene, Teflon (All), Teflon Encapsulated Silicon, Teflon Encapsulated Viton, Teflon Impregnated Fiberglass, Kel-F (CTE), Viton, Resin Impregnated Carbon Graphite.

SigmaTHERM-P is a Food Grade Synthetic organic heat transfer fluid.

Application :Indirect closed heat transfer systems from -94^oC to 160^oC in liquid phase without pressurization of system and with proper pressurization up to 230^oc.
This single fluid is used for challenging requiremetn of Pharamaceutica, fine chemicals and other industries where two different circuits with different fluids are there for cooling and heating purpose.

SigmaTHERM^®-V is a ultra low temperature heat transfer fluid for Single Fluid Heating and Cooling System.

Application :

Indirect closed heat transfer systems from - 115^oC to 175^oC. It has got boiling point of 99^oC. For higher operating temperature care should be taken for proper design of system.  It  is  highly  recommended  to  use  Nitrogen Blanketing in expansion tank. Pressure release devices should be provided at appropriate places.

SigmaTHERM-N is a high performance - synthetic organic heat transfer fluid. It is specially developed for cooling and heating purpose. Has excellent low temperature pumpability and outsta nding thermal stability.

Application :

• For un pressurized closed heat transfer systems from (- 50)^oC to 250^oC in liquid phase. Suitable for Single Fluid Heating and Cooling system.
• It can easily replace usage of water-glycol solution in solar heating and solar power generating system.
• It is most suitable for Pharmaceu tical companies where very low and high temperature is obtained with the single fluid.

Thermic Fluid System cleaning additive and life enhancer Additive exhibits exceptional solvency for the hydrocarbon structures found in most petroleum heat transfer oils and synthetic organic heat transfer fluids. Its very low viscosity and pour point, relatively high boiling point, and superior thermal stability make Thermic Fluid System cleaning additive and life enhancer Additive ideal for use with heat transfer oils and fluids, particularly when they are thermally or oxidatively degraded. Its amazing Powerful Action provides a dramatic reduction in the viscosity of fresh and  used  heat  transfer  media  while solubilizing  any  hydrocarbon  oligomeric sludges  and  deposits  in  heat  transfer systems.

Due to oxidation of Heat Transfer Fluid Acid Formation in the thermic fluid takes place. This can be identify by measuring Total Acid Number (TAN) of thermic fluid. TAN above 1 is harmful to thermic fluid system as discussed below :

• Higher TAN thermic fluid increases insoluble ( carbon formation).
• It starts sticking on the metal surface. It affects heat transfer efficiency of the thermic fluid system.
• It corrodes metal surface.

SigmaTHERM^®-AC : Additive exhibits exceptional acid neutralization property for the hydrocarbon structures found in most mineral and heat transfer fluids. It reacts with acid formed in thermic fluid and the same.

SigmaTHERM^®-AC : additive is ideal to use with heat transfer oils, particularly when they become acidic. It's amazing Powerful Action provides a dramatic reduction in the TOTAL ACID NUMBER ( TAN) of heat transfer media and protects metal from corrosion.
