Minivac VL Series vacuum pumps are oil lubricated vacuum pumps running on rotary vane technology.

These pumps are specially designed to suit the needs of trolley, line & parlor milking application.

VL -300 & VL-400 vacuum pumps have sump based lubrication system. Where the exhaust oil is recycled back to the system for circulation.

VL-500 & above models are oil lubricated in which oil is used ones. Oil is feeded through drip lubrication or capillary oil feed bottles. Pumps can be supplied bares, with belt guard and vacuum tanks as well.

Minivac S Series pumps are oil immersed high vacuum pumps running on rotary vane technology.

These are oil immersed rotary vane type vacuum pumps with a maximum vacuum of 0.05 mm Hg in single stage & 0.005 mm Hg in double stage.

Robust in construction & fitted with inbuilt gas ballast & easy oil changing arrangement, Optional accessories like moisture trap, vacuum gauge with regulator, non-return valve, suction air filter, discharge oil mist filter can be provided.

These vacuum pumps are available in the range of 15 Lpm to 75 Lpm with a maximum vacuum of 27 Hg & pressure of 60 Psig. The choice of series & parallel connection in double-stage models gives selective advantage of flow & vacuum / pressure.

They are extremely light weighted due to die cast aluminum construction.

Minivac diaphragm type Air Compressors Vacuum Pumps are completely oil free and are motor mounted. They don't require lubrication and are practically maintenance free. Diaphragm type Air CompressorsVacuum Pumps are more preferable compared to the conventional reciprocating piston type air compressors and sliding vane type vacuum pumps due to their minimum maintenance requirements.
