We are offering oleic acid-has wide applications in cosmetics ; ore processing (orthophosphates ; lime etc.) ; pharmacuticals ; grease ; lubricants ; cutting oils ; metal polishers ; textile auxilliaries ; carbon papers ; inks ; rubber & tyre industries. In cosmetics oleic acid is used in shampoo-in-hair dyes and tints. Generally it is saponified by ammonium hydroxide or trietholamine. In compounding of metal working coolants about 1 to 3 moles of diethanolamine is reacted with a mole of ol - et.the reaction occurs at 300 - 325 0 f. The resultant amides are a series of condensation products which are hydrophillic in nature. In oil field technology , typically , an acetylated inhibitor for oil & gas well is prepared by reacting diethylenetriamine with oleicacid in 1:1 molar ratio and further condensation of the resulting product with dilinoleic acid. In textile industry , oleic acid is used as a boundry lubricant in liquid form , to reduce boundry friction. This reduces the filament breaking and prevents fibre from damage thus increasing the strength of the yarn. In carbon paper manufacturing , oleic acid is an essential constituent for dispersion of dyes & pigments . Typically 3 - 5 % of oleic acid is used alongwith waxes ; inks and pigments.in light coloured lubricating grease 10 % oleic acid is used alongwith powdered lime hydrate ; doubly bleached montan wax : pale spindle oil . Similarly it is used in cutting compound paste packing :- 190 kg and 90 kg net in hdpe drum

At the time of use it easily creates smoothness.the amount of lecithin to use may vary depending on the type of pigment. Generally, 1% of the pigment weight is sufficient. However, in formulas with large surface area pigments (carbon black, iron blue, etc.) up to 4% of the pigment weight may be required. The lecithin should be dispersed in the vehicle and used in the pigment grinding and dispersion stage. In this method, the pigment is ground with 20-30% of the vehicle which contains the lecithin. This grinding slurry is milled for a predetermined time (usually 30-60 minutes), after which the remainder of the grinding vehicle is added and milling continued until complete.stage of use:-at the stage of grinding.r benefits in explosive- :-the lecithin acts to prevent the formation of large crystals of r.d.x.it increase the sensitivity of the explosive.these explosive has a good deal of power and is relatively non-toxic. Benefits in leather fat liquor-it softens and cures leather. It is used as emulsifier during the fat liquoring step to aid fat penetration of the leather.it is a heat resistant lecithin which will help reduce the darkening effect of sunlight on leather susceptible to that color change.its percentage of fat is 69% due to high fat fat liqour quality wiill be incease.its low acid value which will reduces 25% of leather softening time and improves the shining of leather softening time reduces the production cost.its low viscosity, which will helps the liquidity of fat liqour it do not give any spotting in leathers.if high viscosity lecithin used in your fat liqour which will make the spotting in leather.
