we introduce electro-perm magnetic chucks for heavy duty milling machine. These chucks ensure high magnetic and mechanical performance. Also known as epm chucks, this chuck is "cold device, as there is no internal wear or deformation as a result of moving internal parts. Electro-perm magnetic chucks do not consume electrical power except for the very short period of activation or deactivation of the working surface. Once fixed to the machine table, epm chucks are as stable as machine. Epm chucks are economical for operation and maintenance. Magnetic clamping system is most powerful. Chucks are switched on & off by simple electrical pulse. A variable output from 20% to 100 % is controlled from push button unit. In operating condition, no power supply is necessary for holding work pieces. So there is no risk when power fails. The de-magnetization cycle of chuck eliminates possible residual magnetism in work piece; therefore there is easy release for high alloy steel parts. This 787 Universal Dial Indicator Set has a spiral type mechanism of unusually rugged construction for the more severe applications around machinery and for general tool work. The indicator can be supplied in inches as well as in metrics. The hole attachment used in conjunction with any standard dial indictor make it possible to test inside of holes and many other surfaces that can not be reached with the regular indicator spindle. The each attachment has a 0.375” diameter hole to fit all indicators and are securely clamped to the indicator stem by means of a knurled screw. The ball end of the swivel arm, which contacts the work, is 1/ 8 “diameter and the body of the arm is 3 / 16” diameter.

The V Blocks have two V angles of different size to take parts of varying dimensions. By means of the clamp the Work can be held tight in the block. The accuracy of the vee block/100mm is within 0.005 mm.
