"KUMAUN" introduces Electro-perm Magnetic lifters for heavy duty material handling. These lifters ensure high magnetic performance. These lifters are "COLD" device, as no internal wear or deformation resulting from moving internal parts. Electro-perm Magnetic Lifters do not consume electrical power except for the very short period of activation or deactivation of the working surface. EPM lifters are economical for operation. These lifters are switched ON & OFF by simple electrical pulse. In operating condition no power supply is necessary for lifting work pieces. So no risk when power fails.

• Single units of these EPM Lifters are combined to lift medium to long loads of billets, bars, ‘I’ beams, pipes, cylinders & other solid and rigid loads.
• Safe lifting capacities from 01Ton to 05 Ton available
• Single control system to control multiple lifters of suitable capacity

• Can be used with EOT crane, Gantry crane and Mobile crane etc.

Ground or machined surfaces are ideal, but a good clean surface or a forging or casting is acceptable provided sufficient flat area is available for magnet contact with work piece. Recommended lifting capacity is for flat, ground clean ferrous plates de-rated by a factor of three.
